Trampoline is fine now that I've gotten it put together, but came with the wrong parts. Company customer service did eventually get me the parts after 5-6 calls, 2 shipments and about a month.

I really appreciate this was shipped in 2 boxes. Previous trampolines have come in 1 giant box that was impossible for me to move and fell apart during shipping. My kids love to jump around and this product looks like it will hold up fine to their abuse.

    • After 2 years of use by boys it's coming apart

I don't recommend this product. I have had to replace 2 poles and multiple screws that have come out of the base. The legs are bending and the fabric that covers the springs is ripping. Only two years into use and I will be now replacing the entire trampoline.

Directions were amazing. Each step has the nuts, washers, etc in a separate bag with the step number on it. Every step was easy to follow and it made the set up fast. Trampoline is wonderful for my kids. Would definitely recommend.
