I purchased this treadmill to help on my weight loss journey. It’s been a really terrific addition to my home. It’s just the right size and is not too heavy to move around the house if needed. I really enjoy walking on it almost daily. The treadmill is versatile and can go a lot of different speeds. The only thing I wish was different was that the speed increased in .2 mph in increments Rather than .4. There’s a substantial jump in pace between 2.6 miles an hour and 3 miles an hour when you’re a beginner walker just starting out. The treadmill is very sturdy and stable and even as a big person I’m able to walk at a really good pace on it and it stays put the standup handlebar is very helpful. I do not use the remote control because I’m using the standup bar which has the control on it, the controls are easy to use and simple to understand. This is also an attractive treadmill. It’s while being sturdy and the color fits in with my decor. All in all this has been a wonderful addition and has really gotten me started on a regular workout routine . ... show more

Was a little nervous about purchasing this, as I was rather doubtful on whether or not such a tiny treadmill would be effective. Had no need to worry at all, it's perfect! I can plug it up in front of the TV to walk and enjoy my shows, and scoot it under my standing desk to dawdle on my computer without sitting and adding more miles onto my already sedentary lifestyle. I work in an office which means, of course, I spend a lot of time sitting in a chair. This thing's got me up and moving again without having to leave the comfort of home, and I honestly feel so much better having it. Set up was pretty easy, can't complain. Had to add a teensy bit of oil under the belt to make sure it didn't start cooking while I was on it, but after that, smooth sailings! It's quiet, it works on carpet, I can leave the bar down if I don't want to walk with it (just know, the little piece you attach to your shirt to avoid flying off into the abyss DOES have to be attached to that in order for the machine to let you start, so- there's that) and I feel so much more energetic after finally being able to squish a little exercise into my routine. Fair warning: Although it's not INSANELY heavy, it does have a bit of weight to it, so if you'd rather not have to lug it around, I'd suggest finding a spot you like before setting down roots. If that doesn't bother you, then godspeed on getting your walk on, alongside a bit of arm muscle work. ... show more

Set up was super easy. It fits right into the only spot I have in my small living room. Its very quiet. We can easily watch tv while using w/o having to raise the volume, and I'm a little hearing impaired. The only thing I would like is if the front bar was adjustable to extend the height. It does not have a pause, not a deal breaker for me. The display is bright and easy to read, so you can track distance and time walked. The deck is roomy enough that I don't feel like I'm going to over step the sides or go flying off the end. I am tall and a pluss size so this was a concern.
