I bought this in March 2023 as I was finding it difficult to get to my local gym to get my daily goal of 10k steps in each day. I am a busy mom of 3 and things are constantly coming up that can interrupt my daily routine so I needed a convenient way to get my steps in at home for those days I can't make it to the gym. This treadmill has saved me so many times! It's so easy to fold up and store and takes up minimal space in our bedroom where I do my walking at home. It's quiet and easy to use, as well as durable! I walk at least an hour when I walk at home and have done so probably 3-5 days a week for the last 6 months. I was able to carry it up the stairs and assemble everything on my own, so when I say it's lightweight and easy to move, I mean it -- compared with other giant and bulky treadmills that stay in one place once installed. When I finish walking I fold it up and stick it behind out bedroom door so it is out of sight. This was probably one of the best purchases I've made as far as investments into my health because there isn't one person who can't justify walking for 30-60 minutes in the comfort of your home. I would like to go walking outside but due to back issues it’s hard to walk very far. I decided to buy a treadmill that I can go on anytime of the day in the comfort of my own home and allows me to walk short or long distances. I needed a small treadmill and saw similar ones on QVC but they were much more expensive. I didn’t want to spend a lot and wanted something that was sturdy, lightweight and affordable. The Sperax treadmill is perfect. It came packaged very well and was easy to get set up. The rollers are great to move it under the bed or out of the way. I placed a yoga mat under it just so it wasn’t sitting directly on the carpet, it fit perfectly. I can adjust speed easily and the remote control is helpful. I really like this treadmill. it is small as it says it will fit under a standing desk. I didn't need the options of the large treadmills, I just needed to walk. Some of the buttons only work some of the time, but that is ok. The remote control works all the time. It is in kilometers not miles, but I walk for time not distance, so that works for me. It is quiet. I have been using it every day for 2.5 weeks and I have been pleased with it. I do not move it around, I have it in one place, set up all the time. I would buy this again. ... show more

Thanks to another reviewer, I knew how to fix the treadmill after it didn't power on. First, it was packaged very well; everything looked great and set up was instant. When I tried to turn it on, however, it was dead. I tried another outlet in the room: nothing. I remember someone else saying that the treadmill didn't work out of the box, so he took off the back panel and saw that one of the wires was disconnected. The same thing happened with mine. Once I took off the panel and reconnected the wire, I tried to turn it on again and it worked. I reattached the panel and flipped it back over. It works perfectly now. I'm 5'9" and thought the length of the deck would be too small, but it isn't. I'm taking a smaller stride, but it doesn't feel unnatural. The speed said 7.0, but it can't be more than 3.5 or 4. I don't know why that is so off. It is super quiet and takes up very little space. ... show more

This has been super useful once seasons changed and it became harder to motivate myself to leave the house and go on runs outside! It’s pretty slim, so it’s easy to store under the couch and roll out whenever I want to hop on. I’m 5’9 and mostly legs, so I found the length to be just a touch too short to get up to an actual jog comfortably, but I’m just as happy with the brisk power walk!
