Well almost everything, it comes with everything you need in terms of the breast pump, charger, bottles, accessories, cooler bag, and a tote that fits everything inside. I use everything daily especially the tote for work, not have to carry things separately is nice. The bag is a little big but it's worth it you fit everything and a little more. I'm not the biggest fan of the ice pack provided for the cooler, but I have my own so it worked out. I debated so long regarding a handless breast pump or this hospital grade. But I'm glad I went with the hospital grade, because the section on it is really good and I've heard that the handless pumps suction is subpar. It's good thing about this pump is that it does hold a charge so you don't need to keep it connected to the charger, and you can carry it around easily. I had ordered a wearable pump through my insurance. While, it was nice to have while on the go, I didn’t feel like it emptied my breasts good with the suction it had. I did some research and the spectra’s had great reviews and were recommended by our baby’s nicu nurses. The nicu our baby is in has the $1800 medela pumps. This one is very similar and has great suction. I love how it has a light on it for when I wake up at night and have to pump so I can see the buttons. I also love how since it is rechargeable, I can carry it to another room if I want to. The bottles, nipples, bag, and cooler bag with ice packs it comes with are such a plus. This was money well spent on my fsa card. I highly recommend this pump. ... show more

I was using the medela swing prior & I just felt like it could never empty out the breast. I’ve been using this one for a few months & it’s my go to pump now. I love that it comes with a bag to carry everything & a cooler bag to store milk. I’ve used it many times. The only thing I wish was different was the flange sizes it comes with. Compared to my Motif Duo this Spectra pump is so much better. I like how there are more settings to choose from but still simple to use. The suction is a lot stronger. Only this is that it can be a little loud but thats not a big deal. It gets the job done and my 4month old falls asleep to the noise as well. It comes with a lot of pieces! However I’m not a big fan of the flanges so I just use the flanges from my Motif Duo. Nothing wrong with them I’m just so used to the motif flanges that I’d prefer to keep using those. first of all I would like to state that there are way more accessories included than what the description/picture shows. what is included: the pump 2 pairs of flanges (2 different sizes) 2 bottles with nipples and caps 2 duckbill valves 2 back flow protectors 2 tubes power cord cooler bag ice pack 2 bottles with caps but without nipples grey carrying bag shoulder strap the packaging was very nice! there was one big box. Inside the big box were each item packaged individually (the pump, the cooler, and the bag) the cooler is very sturdy and spacious. big enough for at least 4 bottles, or plenty of room for a few bottles and breast milk storage bags. I was very surprised to see that there was an ice pack and an additional 2 bottles! Though the bottles dont have nipples, they still have the stoppers and caps, which will be nice for additional breast milk storage. the grey carrying bag is a much higher quality than i was expecting so i was very pleased! it is also much larger than I was expecting. Very thick and insulated. It is very spacious and does not have an issue carrying the pump and all its accessories. It also has mesh pockets on the inside of the bag, a perfect place to store accessories without having to dig to the bottom of the bag. I would probably recommend maybe a smaller sized bag to place all the accessories in so when they are needed all you have to do is pull out 2 things (the pump and the accessory bag). I think i might buy an inexpensive makeup bag for this purpose when i am needing to transport my breast pump. The breast pump itself is very sleek looking, durable, doesnt seem delicate or like it would break easily, and is very lightweight. I weighed it on my kitchen scale and it is less than 3 pounds! the plastic is very heavy duty and is not flimsy whatsoever. there arent too many buttons so it looks very easy to use. It is a pretty good size, not too big and not too small. Id say its roughly the size of a mini watermelon or large cantaloupe. There is a spot on the back of the pump where it is able to hold a bottle. It makes the pump seem a little bigger than necessary, i may have liked the design better without this feature to have a slightly smaller pump, but there may be parts inside to which the added length was needed. I will update my review at a later time to add the functions and how well it works once i am able to use it after my baby is born. Overall this seems like an excellent made pump and i am very much looking forward to being able to use it! I havent heard any bad things about the spectra pumps and so far it seems to be holding up to its standard! ... show more

    • Incredible suction
I’ve tried a couple different pumps and this one is worth the money! Completely drains the milk and isn’t painful on the nipple. This version allows you to pump both at a wall outlet and on the go. The suction doesn’t diminish just because it’s not plugged in.
