If you only buy one breast pump, buy this one! Whether you plan to breastfeed exclusively or pump exclusively, buy this pump! I bought a blue spectra (never used once) and a Momcozy Mobile Flow (I use occasionally when I need my hands) but I breastfeed exclusively on demand and use this pump whenever I need to set aside some milk for the occasional bottle. It’s fast and convenient, you can fill directly into a bottle with the right thread conversion fitting, you can verify you’ve fully emptied your breast, it’s very quiet if baby is sleeping. I've tried many electric pumps but I primarily breast feed. Nothing provides good enough suction. I've tried the Lansinoh version of a manual pump and it doesn't even come close to as good as this pump. Manual pumps are faster and easier IMO. The parts are easy to clean and Sterilize as well.

I've been wanting to get this pump for a while and I found it with a great deal on Amazon. The pump itself is standard for a manual pump and it's one of the best in the market. I did a whole lot of research looking for the best and this one definitely was the most recommended by moms everywhere!

This pump is effective and easy to use - I actually prefer it to my electric pump (also Medela). It helps relive engorgement and is especially convenient when I only need to pump on one side. A big issue to keep in mind, however, is that Medela doesn’t sell replacement parts. The o-ring on the stem of my pump disappeared one day, rendering the pump useless. I contacted Medela and was informed that they don’t sell replacement parts for the Harmony and that I would have to buy an entire new pump even though all I need is a tiny o-ring. My pump is not even 3 months old. This is so wasteful and frustrating. I found a third party who sells parts; we’ll see if they fit when they arrive. ... show more

My Elvie pump replacement was taking awhile to come in the mail, so I was researching for a new one. I wanted to have an additional pump that was easy to assemble and clean, while also not relying on any batteries, so I got a manual one. I saw that it could increase your supply, so that was an additional pro to why I purchased it. It came in the mail the next day and I got a whole ounce more on my breast that hasn’t been producing as much as the other! I love it! Great convenient hand pump especially for the newborn stage, but these pumps break so easily. This is my THIRD one in 5 months. I am not a careless or rough person either and I would admit it if it was due to user error. Just bought this one and it broke by me simply grabbing it from under my leg. It pushed up against my leg and snapped off. Pretty ridiculous. Thankfully my husband glued it back together, but I just wish the quality was better because it sucks spending $30 on something that isn’t built well.
