This is a great machine for the money. Arrived in 4 boxes. Assembly was a little complicated as the directions are more of a schematic than detailed step by step instructions. This review is for the Leg Press/Hack Squat 2500lb Professional machine. Overall, this is a nice sturdy machine. It is well built and with a few minor adjustments, it works flawlessly. For the money, I believe this is one of the best options you'll find. However, there are a couple of issues that you should be aware of. 1. The 2500lb capacity in the description INCLUDES the weight storage pegs capacity on the sides of the machine. In other words, though you can store up 2500lbs on this, the actual carriage's pegs will only allow for up to 20 plates (5 plates per peg). So 20x 45lb plates= 900lb total weight. So be aware of that if you're looking for something that will allow for more weight. 2. The shipping, though free, is not good. The actual parts are packed well and I didn't have any scratches or anything on mine. However, all the hardware (and there is a LOT of bolts and nuts) was in one of the four boxes and the bag was torn open. The hardware was all over the place and there were holes in the main box, so a lot of hardware was lost. I did contact the seller about this and they responded quickly that more would be sent. Well, after waiting another 14 days, indeed, a package did arrive but it was another part of the machine and not the hardware. So I guess they tried but didn't solve the issue. I ended up getting what I needed at local hardware store. 3. When/ if you get all the hardware figured out, be prepared that assembly will take a long time. Set aside a good 4+ hours and it would be handy to have another person around for the assembly of the main frame anyway. 4. The first time I used this, a couple of the weight carriage wheels scrapped along the carriage itself causing plastic shavings to fall from the wheels. I had take the carriage back off and I ended up placing 2" washers on the inside of each wheel axle to help center the wheels and guard against the scraping. I also liberally applied silicon lubricant to all moving areas of the wheels and that really smoothed things out. I've been using this machine for about 3 months now and after the initial problems it has worked very well. For the money and free shipping (though with problems) I think this is an overall good value and a great addition to your workouts! ... show more

Very little instructions. Just be logical and look at the amazon pics when assembling. 1 thing I did notice is the “carriage” portion that rides on the two chrome rails are extremely loose. They definitely wont fall off the rail, or even lose track… but it is pretty noticeable when using this as a leg press. Hacksquat is solid as can be. A slight modification with my welder and this thing will be 10/10. Really awesome addition to the home gym. Its already got hours on the machine! ... show more

Couldn't tell you if the equipment works well or not as parts are missing. The packaging was terrible, the "instructions" are vague pictures pointing to parts. The bolts are difficult to decipher between and the schematics lack details. Very disappointed.

This is a very heavy-duty, commercial grade machine. Once correctly assembled, it is very solid, and functions smoothly without any issues. However, what far-exceeds the product, is the exceptional customer care and service. I have never had a retail experience in-which the seller/merchant went above and beyond to make things right. It went as far as to custom remanufacture parts overseas to adapt to my current configuration in-lieu of returning the machine entirely. I wish more retailers nowadays would focus more on the customer instead of the sale just as SPART Fitness did for me. I highly recommend this seller and their entire product line! ... show more

The leg press plate is small I wish it was bigger but it works good.the only bad thing is the leg press rubs on safety bars and the leg press wiggles when pushing it up . Not to solid

Just unboxed this thing and seems to be made of quality material but all the screws and bolts were scattered in the box and none of them are labeled and are of various size. I tried piecing things together but these instructions are not useful and the various unlabeled screws make this challenging to guess what’s goes where. I reached out to the seller for screw and bolt replacement and if they can be labeled or provide better instructions. ... show more
