Good quality product! Good and swift follow-up support on the part of SPARTFITNESS. Delivery was not so good: SPARTFITNESS had informed me that my order would be delivered in 3 parts, via FEDEX. Only one part was received, at first. Fedex claimed that a delivery attempt was made at a latter date for the two remaining parts but nobody was home—which I know for a fact not to be the case. The issue to me is simple: I have no time to waste on that kind of nonsense, whether it be FEDEX, or whatever shipping company a seller has chosen. (Make the delivery good, or else I am cancelling/returning my order and will go with another supplier.) Fortunately, the order was eventually fulfilled, and I am happy for it. The order came in 2 shipments which was to be expected for weight. The colors are very bright and vibrant, however the green and the orange rubber was a little dirty, probably from factory. When I got the plates I also noticed some of the rubber was greasy from production, but a little water and dish soap took care of that. I didn't smell any strong odors from either shipment, nothing that would clear a room, but if you put your nose right up to it, it will smell a bit. Overall, extremely happy with the purchase, the rubber makes it great for swinging squats. I'll probably end up getting a few more. No regrets. ... show more
