This collagen powder dissolves nicely in my morning coffee with no lumps. It has no taste to affect the taste of the coffee. Only used a couple days, so too early to rate whether it helps relieve arthritic pain, but according to research on this type of collagen, I am hoping for some benefit. This is good quality.It dissolves very easily in liquids and is pretty much flavorless--and it has seemed to be helpful for my joints. I decided to subscribe to it--BUT I am still waiting for this product to be shipped for my early November's subscribe-and-save package even though it is MORE THAN 2 WEEKS SINCE I RECEIVED THE REST OF MY SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE ITEMS. There is something very bad in this. I have taken many types of collegen so when my husband needed to take a supplement, I looked for a high quality product. It's well known there are heavy metals and other extra substances in some collegen products but when my husband had an immediate reaction to this (hives & itching) it took us a while to figure out what was causing it. He stopped using it, hives went away and he convinced himself it was something else so he took it again... hives came back. About a month later I started to take it since I'm used to collegen and I had a bad inflammatory skin response as well. My eyes nearly swelled closed. He was the one who asked if I was taking this product. I stopped & now my skin is fine. High price means nothing, go with a more well known product since there is something very bad in this. Update 6/29/24 I’ve been using very regularly the past 6 months. Switched to non-flavored one, however with the new designed package the serving size went up to 4 scoops while the package weight hasn’t changed and I got charged $2 more than I have been getting charged. Also when your 4 scoops are 11 gr and it’s a 30 serving bag, why does it only bag weigh 323 gr? When you treat your customers as fools you will lose them unfortunately.
