I bought this heater to use near my couch as that is where I sleep. This small heater warms up the area and has a humidity feature so it doesn’t dry you out. I wanted something as winter is coming to put on my patio and this is perfect! It comes with a remote control and i love that it’s really portable and light. It also has a great functionality of auto off if it tilts over or overheats so that’s something I like in a space heater. The heat is a good temp when you turn it up, might be too hot if you put your face right in front of it lol It also come with a reservoir that you can put water in as a humidifier since the heat is likely to suck the surrounding air dry. I'm not sure what's up but I put it on oscillating and it just clicks.the heat is great for such a small unit.ireally wanted to get another one but I May want to look around for one that moves UPDATE not sure how but someone texted my number offering me money back with a PayPal card or Walmart card.. if it's this company going around Amazon shame on you for such a shady act . This is a nice heater for a small space. It gets pretty hot, which is nice. However, it does not shut down immediately. There's not way to go around this. When you press the "off" button, it starts a 30 second countdown and starts to get cold (which defeats the whole point of having the heater).f I went through the manual looking for details and there were none. There is also ZERO customer service - in terms of a phone number or email address. (see picture from manual). I finally contacted the seller too complain. They replied with an actual phone number (amazon won't allow me to post it here)k and said that the heater comes with a 1 year warranty. But you have to call the number to activate it (it's not listed anywhere in the manual or box). Basically, you have to reach out to them to get any type of warranty (there's no website or anything like that). Since they did reply to my message through Amazon, I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 3. But I don't like the 30 second delay to shut it off. ... show more
