I purchased this for my husband and he loves it. He said the battery lasts about 3-4 hours, but after that amount of time, he is ready for a break. He has been trimming trees like crazy, he said its easy to use and cuts great. He requested this because he received a small Soyus hand saw that worked great. The only draw back is this pole saw did not come with an extra battery and we can't see where we can purchase an additional battery. ... show more

Disappointing! 1- after assembling it per inst.manual, when trimming the palm tree’s 3rd branch, the chain had already lost 3 teeth (pic). Then, after the 1st day, the chain saw mounting cover screw thread hole was already worn out, making it impossible to secure the chain into place, so it kept sliding off the cutter bar/railing. ... show more

Not bad and very affordable, just wish it had a little more power and a slightly longer bar and chain it does fine on small limbs but struggles to trim a branch close to the trunk of the tree unless on fresh full charge. All in all not a bad buy for simple home use.

Works wonderful once you figure out how to put it together. The pictures aren’t exactly very descriptive, especially since the instructions show part numbers, but they left out the key to the part numbers on the instructions. Wished it had some oil that comes with the saw to start. I did have to purchase that separately. Other than that, once I got to using it, all was well. It works great ... show more
