Features

  • Klipper Makes Print Speed up to 500mm/sSV07 is equipped with 480x800 high resolution 5 inch touch screen which brings you totally different experience from knob screen and normal 4.3inch touch screen in the market. Klipper firmware allows the high-speed printing of SV07 up to 500mm/s. We recommend you to choose 250mm/s for optimal results. Klipper also offers a range of function options, including the height map and input shaper, while you could DIY based on your specific needs.
  • 300C High Temp PrintingAll-metal hotend setup comes with a larger melt zone, which makes SV07 could print at 300C. An extra large fan at the rear of the extruder offers SV07 triple airflows to quickly cool prints and achieves good layering for better results. It makes the high speed and high temperature possible. No more PTFE replacements or firmware flashes needed to print with different materials easily, like ABS, Nylon, carbon Fiber, PC, PETG, Wood, etc. (Enclosure still required for printing above 260C)
  • Planetary Dual Gear Direct Drive With Sovol's self-developed all Metal Direct Drive Extruder that comes with planetary dual gear set, SV07 offers a higher drive ratio and lighter motor for precise extrusion. We also have added a large external knob to make feeding easier, so you can focus on your printing project with minimal interruptions.
  • 25-point Bed LevelingSV07 uses 25-point auto leveling with an inductive sensor to detect and compensate for unevenness in the heated bed. This precise and smart technology makes it possible to get a fantastic first layer. Note: Set initial layer height to 0.3mm when slicing will help you get optimal results.
  • Double Sided Black PEI PlateThe flexible plate of SV07 is not only a magnetic print bed which offers excellent adhesion but also a durable part. You could remove prints easily without any tools. And its double sided design ensures that it will serve SV07 for longer time. If you have any adhension issue we recommend you to wipe the PEI surface with alcohol before the next printing.

Top Amazon Reviews

  • Delivers an exceptional value with maker-friendly features, and prints so fast!
Size: Sovol SV07 Plus
The Sovol SV07 Plus is an exceptional value. This printer is made of quality parts and, when tuned, can deliver amazing print results! My first printer was a Prusa MK2.5s+ which I had for many years before it died. So this review is largely a comparison against that model; also be aware I am coming in having had a few years of experience with filament 3D printing. The first things I want to highlight are the 'wow' elements that I noticed right away: - included filament runout sensor would have saved me many times on my old printer - the flexible PEI sheet is a dream to use, it's so easy to remove parts! - tool drawer is very handy - recovery from a power loss is a huge help - adjustable elements (eccentric screws, belt tensioners, bed leveling screws) are easily accessible - multiple tools AND a spare nozzle are included! - servos are extremely quiet, the only noise issue is the part cooling fan; this can be adjusted, or if it's running in an adjacent room, will just sound like white noise Assembly was straightforward and I didn't have any issues. Setting the Z tilt, leveling the bed surface, etc. were easy to do, and I was really impressed with using the screen to go through these steps. I watched YouTube videos to go through these steps as that's easier for me than reading a manual, though the included manual is well written. Be aware that since this device is so large, you'll need a large workspace for it - and make sure it's STABLE! The servos are powerful and move the bed around quickly; be sure you have a well anchored work surface, otherwise this will create a lot of 'shimmy' and vibration in your prints. Once you have it on a solid surface, you'll really start to reap the benefits of the Klipper features. The first Benchy that I made using the included gcode came out really well, all things considered, for a first go. I look forward to stabilizing my work surface and then getting into fine-tuning my slicer settings to really dial in the quality. This is a device for the hobbyist who enjoys fine tuning and really getting to know how their devices work. This isn't a works-flawlessly-out-of-the-box device, like a Bambu. You should expect to put time in to assemble and understand every component of the printer, which honestly you'd want to do anyway because I don't care what marketing materials say, EVERY printer will need maintenance and adjustment eventually! But that being said, you're getting a Klipper printer that is still very capable of creating amazing prints and that is MUCH less expensive and has a significantly larger build volume. Highest recommendation for 3D print enthusiasts on a budget! ... show more

  • Updated: Fast and easy. Sovol 07 Plus
Size: Sovol SV07 Plus
The media could not be loaded. Update: No matter how much I tweaked setting the prints still had minor issues but I could live with that. Also the bed plate couldn’t keep the prints stuck. Upgraded the build plate but still same issue. The Z axis alignment is always off and bed leveling is also not stable. Fan control thru the slicer is not functional. Now the printer makes too much noise when moving on the axis. Would not recommend Older review -***** Bought this printer for my daughter after viewing great reviews for Sovol 06. The Klipper support and speed made it very intriguing so I pulled the gun and made the purchase. The printer got delivered in 2 days without any issues. It was packed well and securely. It came with everything needed to get started and instructions were easy to follow. It even came with the tools, securely stowed in a drawer under printer bed. Once assembled, I followed the bed calibration which was easy to do with Klipper, followed by bed mesh and Z calibration. Once calibrated I used the USB it came with and did the standard benchy test print. I was amazed at how fast it printed right out of box without any changes. The bed and nozzle heated up fast and in few mins it started putting down its first layer. The model printed much smoother than I have seen on other printers out of box, and layering was good. The including of cooling fan for this model is needed however cooling fan noise is audible but it’s not too loud. I think I can extract a little more detail and smoothness once I tinker with the settings. There is some frazzling which can be also easily corrected. Couldn’t be more happier with this purchase and will definitely recommend it. ... show more

  • Another Good Sovol Printer
Size: Sovol SV07 Plus
The media could not be loaded. I have been using Sovol printers since 2019 and they are the best budget printers I have ever owned. I have tried a few other brands of printers of the years, and they seem to take more tinkering to get everything to setup (mechanically). Pros: Out of the box, the assembly was straight forward. The hardware is clearly labeled but the steps written on the bag can be confusing. Follow the manual and use the hardware that it as for. Like always, make sure you select the correct voltage setting for the power supply on the back of the machine (this is my 6th Sovol printer, so I am used to it now). Like the SV06 printers, it does not use limit switches anymore, so one less point of failure. The ball bearing spool roller is very nice to have and the filament runout sensor that acts like a guide is awesome. I usually hate the filament runout sensor and I bypass it on all my printers because it is awkwardly positioned and difficult to feed the filament in. But for this printer, I was able to feel the filament in with out getting it stuck. The best part of all, it keeps tension on the spool when you remove or load the filament in the print head. Why is this important? Because you need to always keep tension on the spool and not let it unravel or else you risk tangling your roll of filaments. 99% of the time when you hear people complaining about filaments getting tangled from the manufacture, it is typically user error. The first year in 3d printing, I did not know that and had 4 different instances of my filament tangling. 7 years later, I have yet to have a spool of filament get tangled again. Next up is the heat bed plate with the 2 notches on the back. Those notches are an amazing idea because it makes the magnetic PEI plate so easy to line up and it goes on perfectly every time. Last and not least, the Kipper system. This alone makes the printer worth the extra cost especially when it is so difficult and costly to get a Raspberry Pi. Now I do not need to buy any additional items so I can monitor and control the 3d printer remotely. The basic setup is even easier that a Pi but the more advance stuff may take more work. The touch screen is also because you can do everything you need to setup and adjust the printer from that screen. Cons: So far I only have one major complaint about this printer and that is the loud secondary cooling fan that kick in on the second layer. I might try and switch that fan out to something quieter. I am also going to 3d print some better cable management for the ribbon cable from the print head. It almost seems like they purposely did that as a starting point for your first 3d project because they even included a file ready to printed on the SD card to help hold the ribbon cable. I have started to work on a ribbon cable spine that I used on a SV06, so you might see some 3d printer parts in the pictures that does not come with the printer. Printer Quality: This is my very first printer that could with these speeds (up to 250 mms) but it truly amazed me. When I first printed the benchy I thought it would fail because it was moving so fast but overall, it looked amazing. I think there is still room for improvement, but it could be a slicer setting too. You can see print quality of the benchy in the pictures I uploaded (baby blue boat). I have been working on organizing my tool cabinet and this printer came in handy because it has reduced the print time by 2/3. The best part of all, it looks better than my slower print too because I am also ironing the surface and it is still faster. ... show more
