I have waited until I’ve been able to print with this machine for over 100 hours to write a review. My first filament printer being the Ender 3 Max Neo this is by far what I’d consider to be a HUGE upgrade! The ease of use, ease of assembly, speed, adhesion and quality are not even comparable. Not saying this printer is any better than other brands, as this is the only other one I’ve owned of the filament variety, but for me this is a must have. The ACE pro is amazing as well, allowing for easy color changes and lots of interesting add ons to print that help a lot. I printed the mount for the ACE as well as a camera holder. Both printed quickly and easily. The noise level is a little on the high side but I have it in a shed outside so it doesn’t cause any problems. All in all would definitely recommend this printer! ... show more

Easy to set up. AnyCubic's slicing software performed well in automatic support setup and wirelessly transferring gCode to printer. No issues with operating printer, built in calibration seems to fix any problems. Have a small issue where PLA likes to break in the tube leading up to the HotEnd but keeping PLA in drying case appears to resolve issue. Love the printer have probably printed for a couple hundred hours at this point and it shows no signs of slowing down. ... show more

This unit arrived, assembled easily printed 2 jobs and quit printing. Claiming a clog issue. This is my 5th 3d printer, so I know my way around. It is a defective hot end. Contacted both Amazon and AnyCubic and both refused to replace or repair. Complete piece of garbage for over $500.00 Horrible customer service and janky as far as reliability. I will never purchase ANYTHING from Anycubic again. Stick with Creality, a company that really does care about their customers. Follow up 1 week later: As I explained to everyone, the issue was with the printhead. I simply ordered a replacement direct from the vendor and everything is fine. So I have now spent over $500 for a printer worth less due to their complete lack of support and willingness to work with their customers to help them save money. Print Quality: 4/5 As a newcomer to 3D printing, I've been pleasantly surprised by the Anycubic Kobra 2 Pro's print quality. The prints produced are consistently good, showcasing fine details and accuracy. The user-friendly app enhances the experience, providing a plethora of free content to print, making the creative process enjoyable and accessible. Tech Support: 3/5 While I haven't personally needed to contact tech support, the presence of an AI chatbot within the app seemed promising. Unfortunately, my experience was mixed, as the chatbot's responses were limited and didn't fully address some of the setup issues we encountered. This aspect could use improvement, but the potential for remote assistance is appreciated. Easy to Use: 4/5 Putting the Anycubic Kobra 2 Pro together was a breeze, taking only about half an hour. The device exudes sturdiness, instilling confidence in its construction. The straightforward setup process contributes to its ease of use, although connecting the printer via Bluetooth proved a bit frustrating initially. Firmware updates were required, and it took two attempts to get everything synchronized. Once past this hurdle, the device performed admirably. Packaging was great, semi easy installation. Follow the instructions and it will go great, you can also watch the videos and follow along. First prints were great and the Pro 1 set up was as easy. Very nice to have 4 colors to print from at once. There is a little waste when fine color printing, but you can tweak wettings as well to work it out.
