Dude… the battery in this is unbelievable. I had my kid drive along side me for a 5k trail run and it didn’t even use half the battery. How’s that possible! With that said, it is not fast - I had to keep my pace down, but it’s still a run, and spending quality time with my kiddo. Also - the remote control is amazing. *chefs kiss* The 4x4 performance is great - we took it out n some mud/snow and she didn’t get stuck in the yard. UPDATE: still love this jeep. Have been using it for almost a year now, it’s gone camping and places I’m sure most battery toys wouldn’t survive, but the thing powers through! Great deal, get it you won’t be dissatisfied. ORIGINAL: I love this jeep! I wanted a battery powered jeep for my sons second birthday and spent ages looking online before deciding to buy this one. Reviews were 50/50 but I decided to give it a chance and I am SO glad I did. The good: it came super quick, was easy to put together, is solidly built (no flimsy pieces), goes fast and goes everywhere! We’ve taken it over grass, dirt, snow, rocks, and down streets and it works perfectly. Battery life has been great on it, I always keep it stored in the garage after using it and plugged in over night to charge up. The remote has amazing range and can get pretty far before signal gets lost. The only two cons, if you could call them that, were that after five months of having this jeep, the steering motor went out and I couldn’t get it to work with the remote. Manually it worked, but remote wise it didn’t. However, I contacted the company and they got back me to asap and are sending me the pieces to fix it for free and have already shipped it, which blew my mind. Amazing customer service, especially given the fact I’ve had the Jeep for so long at this point. The only other minor con is the seat belt straps are a little funky, might be just my son but they fit him odd, however i haven’t had an issue with not using them with him since there’s different levels of speed you can choose to drive the Jeep at.     • Not what I expected
These cars are awesome. I bought one for my son and daughter but they were able to ride together which was nice since the second one is delayed. I bought another brand, the pego whatever it was and it was absolute trash. No working lights, just a power connector and only 2 wheels that spin. Needless to say my standards were set pretty low for this one but I was shocked. All 4 wheels have a functional motor and all the stickers are already attached, not perfect but they’re on there. The remote works excellent and was fun to help the kids learn the car, speed was excellent even in the grass although like others have said I plan on upgrading the battery. The built in speaker and key was way cooler then I expected and the kids really love that it’s their own car and really feels like it. Other brands have no comparison which is sad because this is made in china and the others are in the US which isn’t typically the way I like to make my purchases but this thing is worth every penny. Very well made and feels very durable, again in comparison to the higher priced other models made by other manufacturers. Very happy with this purchase. ... show more

I had the charger missing and the company had it sent to me very quickly so they have good customer service. The car drives great and had decent power. The only complaint I have is the battery life is not long on full power. It was easy to assemble and my kid loves it.

Just got this as a CHRISTmas gift for our grandson. It looks sturdy and is very pleasing to the eye. Was easy to put together, feels and looks like a very good QUALITY product. The car has great features that a toddler/child will love (ignition key with starting sound, horn, lights, MUSIC!, space for thumb drive, seat-belt, etc etc). Remote fits great in our hands. The color is rich (RED, BLACK). WE had one issue: a couple stickers were peeling. COMPANY responded to us within 12 hours to rectify the issue! THANK YOU! Our grandson is going to be absolutely amazed. I will do another UPDATE review after he has ridden on it. WE are EXCITED! THIS PURCHASE WAS SPECIAL as we were somewhat worries as we had ordered a MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE car from another place (BIG TOYS DIRECT), but the car was lost in shipping and the company REFUSED to send another EVEN AFTER FEDEX sent emails saying it was lost. Bought this for our son’s birthday & we received a defective item that was abruptly stopping any time you turned the vehicle. Very dangerous. Went to amazon and processed a refund the seller wanted me to fix the car myself with a peice they would send. I said no I want a refund it’s defective or even an exchange of the vehicle. They said refund was fine sent me an label and I called Amazon they said I could take it to Kohls no problem I take off work and waste my time and money and kohls tells me they can’t take it. I call Amazon they tell me go to UPS , UPS tells me it’s an UNPAID label that would cost me literally $500 to ship. That’s more than the car cost. Just call your bank to dispute before you go through the headache of wasting your precious time and money.. ... show more

Usually dealing with customer service for any reason is a nightmare. My son LOVES this truck and really tests its durability. Well, the pedal switch stopped operating properly. I contracted the seller and inquired if we could get a replacement and I sent pictures. They said yes no problem and it arrived 2 days later! No long waits, no transfers, no arguing, just a simple message and they were super pleasant! My 5 year old loves this truck and it has lasted better than a more expensive truck he used to have he got as a gift. We are very happy with this purchase ... show more
