We were very happy with the product. My 1.5 year old son loved it and learned how to use it very quick. After a few months the battery life didn’t last as long and one of the levers gave out. I found this weird because the device would last a decent amount of time with a single charge. I contacted the manufacturer about the problem and within a week they sent a replacement. I bought two for my grand kids,18 mos & 6 yrs. (6 yr old is only 45 lbs) They had a blast with them. I would have given 5 stars except for a few minor things. First, the wiring assembly was slightly different from each other, but it was easy enough to figure out. 2nd, the seat belt was too long and wouldn't tighten securely around my toddler. 3rd, I recommend moving the on/off switch to the side or back so my toddler couldn't reach it. I got this as a gift gift for my niece. Got her the purple one and the first one she got wouldn’t work. I’m not exactly sure what was wrong with it. My sister-in-law just said it wasn’t working. Reached out to the company and they sent me a return label and sent her out a brand new one. They were easy to communicate with, and sent the new one out very quickly!
