Daughter absolutely loves this thing! She is only 2.5 and has learned to drive it like a pro. She particularly likes to spin in circles. It does have a remote that comes with it so you can control the driving yourself if you prefer. One thing to watch for (not so much a product issue, just something to keep in mind for safety) - you’ll want to either help them in and out or make sure they know to turn it off as they do so, because it will obviously move if they grab or bump the handles as they are climbing in and out. There is a lap belt for safety, and the lights (which can be flipped on or off) are super bright. The bumper aspect is good at preventing dings in furniture/walls. Zero complaints so far. Make sure you open the seat compartment to plug in the battery before charging - I did not know to do this and was confused why it didn’t charge lol my husband figured it out pretty quickly, though. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. When I bought this bumper car I didn’t know me and my babygirl was going to like it that much! (Actually I kind of did) I love the idea of it! I love the lights and I love that it has 2 options 1 where the child can control it and 2 the fact that the parent can control it is awesome! It would not be that much safe and I problaby wouldn’t have bought it if was just the child, I wouldn’t want my child as a (beginner) to be bumping it everywhere and knowing that she could hurt herself(would not be good!) It doesn’t look or feel heavy duty and it is too simple made! It would’ve been nice if it had the option to play music! Unfortunately even though I just received it, it’s already making some weird noise by the wheels. I’m going to have to check it well and if it’s a big problem I will have to contact seller or return it!!! For the price you pay I hope it lasts a good couple years! The remote control is not heavy duty... it looks like it would break if you drop it! Other then what I stated above.... So far it’s good! ... show more

I purchased this for my son for his first birthday. I was sure we would have to maneuver him using the remote control but within the second day of riding this thing he has picked it up like a pro! He's moving all over the house and having the best time. Definitely the best $150 spent. Seems like it's pretty well made and should hold up for a long time. The remote control seems cheaply made but that's not a major concern for me as we haven't used it much. I would 1000% recommend this to everyone for their toddlers. The downside is the straps won't tighten up enough to safely hold him in at 1 year old and he's not on the small side. So we have had to rig that up but that's not a major concern since we watch him on it and the power isn't too fast on this bumper car. ... show more
