Update: I contacted customer support and they are going to fix the issue! Jacqueline was super helpful and was very quick to respond! My daughter loved this at first. She is 1.5 years old and could play on it for hours. The only complaint is the battery life and the remote. The remote has stopped working(even after replacing batteries) and resetting it. Also the levers are broke now. They will only work if you move them just right, and my 1.5 year old does not understand that so now she gets to just sit in it. The media could not be loaded. When I bought this bumper car I didn’t know me and my babygirl was going to like it that much! (Actually I kind of did) I love the idea of it! I love the lights and I love that it has 2 options 1 where the child can control it and 2 the fact that the parent can control it is awesome! It would not be that much safe and I problaby wouldn’t have bought it if was just the child, I wouldn’t want my child as a (beginner) to be bumping it everywhere and knowing that she could hurt herself(would not be good!) It doesn’t look or feel heavy duty and it is too simple made! It would’ve been nice if it had the option to play music! Unfortunately even though I just received it, it’s already making some weird noise by the wheels. I’m going to have to check it well and if it’s a big problem I will have to contact seller or return it!!! For the price you pay I hope it lasts a good couple years! The remote control is not heavy duty... it looks like it would break if you drop it! Other then what I stated above.... So far it’s good! ... show more

I got this as a gift gift for my niece. Got her the purple one and the first one she got wouldn’t work. I’m not exactly sure what was wrong with it. My sister-in-law just said it wasn’t working. Reached out to the company and they sent me a return label and sent her out a brand new one. They were easy to communicate with, and sent the new one out very quickly!
