    • Out of the box -- doesn't work!
I just purchased this last week, and instantly there is a blinking error message (E04). I have no issues with the outlet it's plugged into -- but the pad won't work. I already threw out the packaging as it was recycling day when we received it and wanted to get that out of the house instantly. Don't waste your money. Now I need to figure out how to return this AND I'm hesitant to want to try a replacement OR another version. Blllahhhh! ... show more

    • Was wonderful until it wasn't
Originally when I got this, I had no problems. Now, a little bit over a year, I am having problems. I keep getting the E04 code (suddenly over current protection) after about 30 minutes of walking, while previously, I could walk for over 60 minutes.

I LOVE this walking Pad! You completely forget that you are walking and then you look down and you have walked 3 miles in what feels like 10 minutes! Perfect for my office! Keeps me active and up and burning easy calories while I am working! Totally recommend to any who want to be more active while they are working! Worked great for a few months, then the motor started making a really really load clicking noice. Going to buy a new one. Definitely going with a different vendor.

The media could not be loaded. I hate leaving bad reviews but unfortunately I would not recommend this walking pad. This is my second one as the first one I received had the motor issues but when I receive the replacement it was good for one day but then the next day I heard the motor issues again. This is more frustrating than I anticipated and I should have realized that I would have issues based on how the package was shipped to me and the condition it came in and a new device. ... show more
