I had no problems with the product itself. While I realize the description itself lists this as only one item the cover image is a bit deceptive if you aren't paying much attention like I was. It's hard to find the perfect pillow, as I'm sure you know if you're scouring these reviews. So let me just tell you that this pillow is okay comfort-wise, but it doesn't have as much loft or firmness as I'd originally thought it would, based on the photos and the description of it as "memory foam." Not sure if it's true memory foam or not. Bottom line for me is, it's comfortable enough but I still need another pillow underneath it to prop me up as it is pretty flat, so if that's an issue for you, you might want to look for something else. ... show more
