I’ve been looking for high quality Sichuan pepper for a while now. I finally found it! So excited. I grew up in Mianyang and this stuff is legit! We put it on everything and make hot pepper oil with it. Their Dou Ban Jiang is great, too.

80% of product is actually powder. My recipes need flakes. The flavor is good and the Scoville Units are about right equal to Thai chilies. I'll use it but, I need to order again from another vendor.
