As someone who used to enjoy drinking soda a bit too much I would say this investment has paid off in so many more ways than just one. I have been drinking a lot more water than I previously was and at the same time can make drinks that are just as tasty as a soda. I also like that the ease of use is really kept in mind here with no electricity being required, easy operation, and easy upkeep when it comes to changing tanks. Its small form factor as well made it desirable due to my kitchen counters already having a lot of other appliances on them, the SodaStream was able to slide right in on the end and blend in as it doesn't really stick out all that much. We had the Terra machine for about 3 years and loved it. We used it daily several times a day. The seal at the top finally gave out so we had to buy a new one. I looked around at other CO2 machines but since we have the cartridges and bottles for this brand, we went ahead and purchased it again when it was on sale. Hoping this one will last a little longer than the first one. Pros: Easy to use, no electricity needed. Small and compact for our small kitchen and it fits under our cabinets. We take it on roadtrips which saves money on buying canned or bottled drinks. I mix in fresh lime and grapefruit juice for natural vitamin C. Cons: Wished the company would make it easier to replace parts like an old seal vs. having to buy an entirely new machine. That is why I took away one star. ... show more

This combination includes 2 gas canisters, and 3 water bottles. It’s a great way to get started creating your own sparkling water. This is a much better value than buying cases of sparking water. Since you control the amount of carbonation, you can easily make water to suit your taste. It works very easily and its simple design is elegant. Tip: you can buy the pink replacement cartridges at Target for a good price (~$16) with a return of the spent cartridge; much cheaper than other ways to purchase.
