I used this pillow on vacation at a time share unit and found it to be the perfect pillow for me. I did some research from the tag on the pillow, and also asked at the front desk how I could purchase one. They gave me the name and model of the pillow, and I was fortunate enough to find the pillow on Amazon. The pillow is very soft, but the best feature about this pillow is you can make it as flat or as bulky as you want by shaping the pillow with your hands, and it will stay in that position until you change it! The other benefit is that Amazon will let you return the pillow if it's just not for you (most retailers will not return used pillows). Used these in a hotel for the weekend in 2022, ended up buying two of my own in 2023. They're extremely soft and fluffy initially, and that's what stood out during my hotel stay. But after a few months of use, you can definitely notice flattening that isn't ideal when paying nearly $60 per pillow. If the title of my review describes you, then this king-size Sahara Nights pillow by Westex Sobel might be just the pillow for you. I bought a pair of these several years ago after first experiencing them at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. I was so happy with the pillows that I sent a couple to friends, certain that they would be in love with them just like I was, and they actually were. A few years later I wanted to buy another set and I found out that they were no longer being manufactured locally and they had established a branch for consumers rather than Hotel customers. When I went to their new site to order a new set of pillows though I found out that I no longer could afford them because the shipping was more than the pillows themselves. A couple more years pass, and I decided that my son needed new pillows. I also decided that I was going to try again to replace the original pair that I had bought for myself only this time I would get standard size. I was thinking that would make it more affordable. I was delighted to find them on Amazon where the shipping was affordable aka fast and free. So I purchased four pillows. I was so disappointed, I have to say. They definitely didn't feel like the Sahara Night pillows that I was used to, and even today there's some confusion because the pillow tags say that they are Sahara Nights but in my order history Amazon shows that they were Sobella so I'm not sure what I actually have, but I didn't like them. They had what felt like a fraction of the support that my original set had! Two of the pillows are still in the original plastic wrapping and the other two have only been used for shams and the occasional guests. This year I needed extra pillows so that I could sleep upright for a couple of nights after a sinus procedure that I had so I gave it a try again. Not wanting to tempt fate, this time I ordered king size as I had before and again was happy to get free shipping on Amazon. I didn't have to wait very long to get the pillows either and I can tell you that I am in bliss!! They are just as comfortable as I remember my original pair being! Due to the confusion with the previous order where my Amazon order shows that I purchased so Bella pillows by westex and yet the pillows themselves have the Sahara Nights label, I personally found that I'm now reluctant to buy or recommend standard size Sahara Night pillows or Sobella of any size. But the king size Sahara nights pillows I'll buy again and again, and recommend for tummy sleepers! ... show more

This is my second set of Sahara Nights pillows. My first set was regular-sized, and I bought them in 2015. They were the best pillows I've ever had. Supportive, but not hard, always fluffed right back to their original state. They're still in great shape, so I decided to buy another set, but queen-sized this time. While the newer ones are "fine," they certainly aren't the same quality as my first set. They are very soft, don't support my neck nearly as well as the first set, they don't hold their shape, and they're already showing that they aren't going to last very long. Maybe I just received an "off" set, but I will probably decide to just store these for extras and go back to my original pair. I wish I had just bought two sets the first time! ... show more

I'm super happy with these pillows, they're comfortable and easy to clean! I really like this pillow, I’ve tried so many and it’s always struggle with my bad neck. I could say so many things but honestly every one has a different feeling they need for a pillow. I would say try it out! I found this pillow at a hotel, and had to order one for myself.
