I have found I sleep a lot better since getting this body pillow than I did with the two pillows that proceed it. I did notice some of the thing that other reviewers have commented to be draw backs with this body pillow. 1. It is rather bulky. I have I have spent a small fortune on all to many won't go flat pillows that do go flat. This body pillow has yet after several weeks to show signs of going flat. 2. It does have a bit of weight that a smaller person I can see having a problem with. I haven't found this to be a problem though for me. 3. This body pillow is long. I don't have an issue with it but I am 6'2". All in all I would buy again as it has helped a great deal with my lower back pain & that had previously been making sleeping tough at times. It does really help to put this body pillow in the dryer on low heat for approx.20 minutes to fluff it up. Mine fluffed up some 4 X the size it was coming out of the box. ... show more

I expected this pillow to take getting used to but from the moment I rolled over towards it the first night, my innate response was, "Oooh, yes!" After 4 ankle surgeries where I have to be careful about laying on my ankle I wanted something that, when I lay on my side, would not only support my spine but also my foot. It's quite heavy, which is nice because then it's not sliding around, and its weight feels secure and comforting, something to cuddle against. I thought it would be too long but by putting it right up a little below my chin it's the perfect length for both my knees and arms. On my bed it looks very thick but it isn’t too thick. I let mine air fluff but I also put it in the dryer on medium for 15 minutes. I love how firm it is instead of all fluff. It was pure delight from dark to dawn. The morning after my first night with it I decided I’d never leave home again without it. I can't think of any way it could be more perfect. I recommend the protective cover, it’s made out of the exact same thick material the cover on the pillow is except it comes off, and if you’re investing that much in the pillow you might as well protect it. My sister-in-law recommended this pillow to me as it’s the only one she has found that is firm and thick enough to relieve (and not cause) her back pain. Yes, order this one! ... show more

I'll start this review off saying this is after 1 night of using it. This pillow is amazing. The size is perfect for my 6 ft body allowing all parts of my body to wrap around it as I sleep curled up. The memory foam is soft and comfortable while the texture of the pillow is about the same feel as a pillowcase.overall my first impressions are that this pillow is fantastic.     • Way Overstuffed But Easy to Fix

Two things: When I got the pillow it was way too firm and overstuffed, so I cut a small hole in it and took out about 50% of the memory foam and now it’s perfect. Patched the hole with a large Band-Aid brand bandaid and it works perfectly. That thing ATTACHED itself to the fabric. It’s not coming off. I was trying to find a pillow for between my legs to help with back pain. This one was exactly what I needed. It's thicker than others I have tried and gave me the exact support I needed. I'm tall and large build so it is a good match for me. It's dense and heavy, so a little hard to flip over when I want to roll onto my other side at night. I like this pillow because it is pretty firm. I typically am a side sleeper, so putting it between my knees keeps my hips from hurting. You should know though, that this thing is heavy. I was just appointed that this did not fluff up on its own as much as the picture shows that it should. However, after using it for a few nights anyway, it turns out that this lower fluffed level is actually good for me. So, it turns out to be perfect! I’m loving this! It takes pressure off my knees and hips. I am a side sleeper. It is also super easy to fold it during the night so that I can put my knees up.
