The first time I used this massager I found it difficult to get it in the proper position; after a couple attempts I resolved that issue, and found it quite easy to use. I found it to be quite soothing and successful in relieving the tension in my neck and shoulder muscles. The unit has 2 adjustable heating levels and 2 massage modes making it easy to find one that is comfortable for my body. The unit turns off automatically after 10 minutes of use. The unit gets charged via USB cable, and, once fully charged lasted me about 70 minutes. That fact that is cordless makes it very easy to move around while in use. This neck and shoulder massager works great. Initially I had a hard tim getting it in the perfect spot but when I did it was amazing. The controls are easy to access when around your neck. The heat could be quite a bit stronger but this is also battery powered so that makes sense.

This thing massages very well and I like it. I wish it had a longer run time. 10 minutes isn't long enough for me. You have to let it rest for about 5 minutes in between runs. There is very little in the way of instructions on how to run and work it which is why I gave it only 4 stars. It does not fit on other body parts as well as one might hope either ,but then again most of these neck massagers don't. I have gotten about 50 minutes out of a full charge so far. I hope that improves with time once the batteries are used a little more. It was worth the money and I would recommend it. ... show more

This neck/shoulder massager is able to be easily strapped in so you don't need to hold it at all with your hands. There are straps on the front in case you want to use your hands to help position it in different ways, and even a slight adjustment results in what seems like totally different muscles getting attention. The controls are built-in to one side (so no extra swinging remotes) and the USB-C charging port can be found right on the inside of an arm as well. The cordless nature of this makes it really easy to strap on and let it do its thing while you walk around, watch TV, or type away at a computer. I haven't tried it yet but I don't see why you couldn't use this while driving or biking! As I mentioned with the positioning being fine tune-able, it is important to pay attention to this, as certain positions with this device caused it to really pinch my trapezius muscles quite painfully. The instructions do show how this can be used on your lower back as well but I honestly didn't really feel much with it compared to when used for neck/shoulders. ... show more
