I wish I could give this product 5 stars but unfortunately I cannot. The mug press is not working. I plugged it in the correct way, etc. Nothing. It does not heat up so I'm sure there's a faulty wire in there. But for the price of this product I am extremely disappointed that something does NOT work. I emailed the company and have not received a response regarding this matter. Very upset. ... show more

*This is a review for the mug press attachment* I had an issue with mug press from the beginning. It worked fine for a couple of times until the connection to the mug press started smoking and sparks started occurring, deeming it not safe to use. When I requested a refund the seller offered to replace the mug press, since it was the only part I was having issues with I accepted. WORST decision ever. Shortly after receiving the mug replacement the replacement press started leaving these square designs on the mugs. Over the holiday season I was on the verge of tears because so many mugs were ruined. I regret buying this mug press I’ve lost so many mugs and not to mention time trying to get this press to work properly. Learn from my mistake don’t buy this press. ... show more

    • reimbursed for my purchase and shipping to send it back since I was never able to use it.
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this press to make T-shirts. I need temperatures in the 300 for an effective transfer. I set the temperature to 300+ and the heat won’t get over 230 degrees. I am unable to set the timer. When I get to the screen to change the timer the +\- buttons don’t do anything. I contacted the company and they want to see a video of it on a YouTube channel. I am not making a YouTube channel to just send a video on a machine that I purchased that is broken. I would like to be reimbursed for this purchase and not to pay shipping when sending it back since I was never able to use it for its purpose. ... show more

Item shipped quickly and is a great deal. All the pieces were there. Instructions included were not much, bit enough to set up machine. Plan on using this for multiple projects, including heating kydex for sheaths and holsters.
