I had initially liked this camera doorbell but it turned out to be a disappointment. It started glitching 3 weeks after I bought it. I gave it a chance too, did all the steps, it worked for a little bit then it was back to glitching. The motion sensor kept going off even when nothing is there, no one can hear me when I try to talk to them through the door, and I don't receive videos anymore eventhough I paid for the yearly subscription Disappointing for me sadly. This is an update to my previous review. I reviewed this camera too hastely and had not given it enough time to work with it before reviewing. I only gave it 3 stars and sort of said it had issues. Well it did, but the problem was only that there weren’t enough instructions provided for the use of the camera and information about how it works. So I am upgrading to a 4 star and going to say that this is a decent enough camera for the price point. It records what is going on outside but doesn’t allow the user to see what is going on live unless recording video. I have to erase at least 100 videos daily from the subscription they make you get on the app which is around 60 a year. That wasn’t something I was happy with but not worth complaining about as most companies expect it now for storage. But if you want something in a reasonable price range this will do, just expect to do some fiddling to figure it out. ... show more
