First of all this is a great toilet. You just need to know how to operate it and there is a learning curve. Few tips: - If the water is too aggressive there is a small valve behind the toilet that can be adjusted - If you need help resetting your settings the QR code on the lid to a WhatsApp support person is amazing and they respond immediately - My toilet wasn't autoflushing and I found you can reset it to autoflush by holding the flush button until it beeps twice - I thought my seat heater stopped working but instead the toilet was in energy saving mode. Just press the energy saving button again and your back to a warm seat 24/7 Any other issues the what'sapp customer support can help right away. Im seriously impressed how quickly and easily my issues were resolved! Can't beat the price, quality of product and customer service support on this one! I 100% recommend :) ... show more

The hot water stopped working in less than 12 hours. Still waiting to see what the seller is gonna do, but even if they send me another I’m gonna have to pay my plumber a second time to come put the new one in and I’m gonna have to repackage and lug this 100 lb thing somewhere to ship it back.

This is my second one that had the same issue after one month of use the automatic flushing the seller costumer service help me to fix it . ( IS PRESS and hold the flush button till bips two times and automatic flushing is working good again work again )

Heating element has now gone out, Cold water with this toilet is a real bummer after two years need a replacement.

    • Seat temperature isn’t working
I had this installed for a few months. Seat temperature isn’t working anymore. Also some buttons on the remote, you have to press a couple times for it to work.

    • Just a heads up....This toilet does not anchor to floor like US conventional toilets.
The toilet is amazing but unfortunately it stopped flushing. So we had to return it. The return process was great. The seller was very responsive and in resolving the problems.

    • Do not buy!
Big waste of money. We ordered this in anticipation of redoing the bathroom. Had a delay in starting the work by . The toilet remained sealed in the box. When we finally got the contractors to come in to do the work, the toilet leaked from multiple locations. The plumber tried changing out all of the water lines. The toilet was leaking from inside. Could not be fixed. I had to run to a local store to buy toilet to replace this. I am so sorry that I did not go with a known brand. There is no option to complain to the seller or Amazon. I cannot get a refund. I am just stuck with a piece of garbage that now I will have to pay to have it hauled away. ... show more

    • Wonderful toilet.
I love the toilet. Easy to install and to use. I had to contact customer service because the luto flash was off and they responded within hours. They helped me to reset the auto flush and the experience was great. Quick, friendly and accurate.
