  • Replacement BioBidet for 5 yr old unit
Style: Side Control Panel Size: Elongated
Loved the first Bio Bidet we installed 5 years ago. Unfortunately the seat cracked at the hinge and a piece broke off. The unit still worked but you could not raise the seat as it would fall down. Usually, the seat will slow slowly but with the broken hinge it would crash down. Ordered a replacement BB-800 on Amazon for a great price and since I was replacing a similar unit from the same manufacturer it was super easy to install. No problems, no leak, and they provide quality fittings. Worked well first time . I had an electrical outlet installed in the bathroom for the first unit. ... show more

  • Mostly like the economical and seat sensor modes
Style: Side Control Panel Size: Elongated
This was really a nice unit and bargain for the money. The economical mode allows things to be ready without using much energy. The seat will stay semi warm, but when seated it and the water begins warming.

  • The cleaning is good, the air dryer falls short
Style: Side Control Panel Size: Round
It is quite easy to install, and the package included all the needed parts, (you do not need to buy the T adapter). The cleaning function is good. But the air dryer falls a little short. The only adjustment is for temperature, and the direction of the air is a bit low so it may take a long time to dry. ... show more

  • Does not have an air freshener as mentioned
Style: Side Control Panel Size: Round
While this is similar enough to the model that has an air freshener that the manual covers both, this is not that model. Also for some reason it did not fully snapped in from the toilet bracket. As the complaints came in I had to come back and take it out which no one wants to do after it’s been used. Yes I indicated about the variations, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker since it was being installed. There is no remote, and lastly while the fan provided adequate air flow, it gave off a smell which was the trigger to have it returned. You are paying for the name to be honest. It was returned and replaced with another brand from Home Depot which was a bit more compact and came remote what is installed in its place. It even has a stainless steel nozzle. ... show more

  • It is working fine
Style: Side Control Panel Size: Round
Most functions worked fine, except installation is not very simple because our water supply pipe has to be modified a little bit.

  • Life changing !
Style: Side Control Panel Size: Round
Wonderful bidet- easy to install ( I am a 68 year old female and I installed myself). I love all the controls and use them all. Very easy to clean and looks nice in my bathroom. The seat fits my toilet exactly. Thanks for making this product.

  • An expensive but enjoyable luxury.
Style: Side Control Panel Size: Round
Initially I balked at the price but after some comparison shopping I found that Bidets in general cost an arm and a leg so I figured I'd get a nice one with all the bells and whistles. After a week of daily use I'm happy with my purchase. The cleaning functions work well & most everything can be adjusted to suit your preferences. The unit is fairly sturdy and secures well to my toilet with no wobble or flexing during use. I haven't had the need to use the enema function yet (and I'm OK with that) but from adjusting the water pressure on the regular cleaning modes I have no doubt it has the power to do the job. The heated seat stays on all the time if you don't turn it off, which is something I was worried it might not do, that will be a great comfort in the coming months. I do have a couple words of caution / suggestions for improvement: The main housing in the back is large. On my standard round style toilet the back of the housing is almost touching the toilet tank when the seat is aligned with the front of the bowl. If your toilet is on the small side it may not fit. The mounting bracket is very adjustable, though, so I believe most standard sizes will work. The seat is sturdy and has 3 tough feet to prevent wobbling if you lean while sitting on it, but the cover is thin flexible plastic with a sloped shape. This means you cannot sit on the cover, or set anything down on it as it would slide off. This is one of the few advantages a regular seat has over this item. The unit is made of a plastic that the manual warns against cleaning with regular toilet cleaners. So either you have to be very careful when spraying into the bowl, or to be safe remove the seat from the bowl entirely. This is a simple matter if you have space on the control panel side of your toilet to set the unit on, you'd just have to turn off the water supply, drain the unit (just hold the release lever for a few seconds), and tilt the whole seat up and to the left, setting it on something elevated to keep the remaining water in the supply hose from flowing into the seat. If you don't have room and have to disconnect the seat from the water supply entirely, you'd also need a wrench to unscrew the supply line and some towels & a bucket to catch the water that is left. If the line that connected to the seat had a separate valve and an easy disconnect the process would be much easier. The air drier works about the same as the hand air driers in public restrooms, which is to say: it gets you mostly dry. You'll still need at least a couple squares of toilet paper to finish the job, but I don't see how to improve upon that without heating your skin up to uncomfortable temperatures. Also note that the air comes from the back of the unit so your rear gets drier that your front. It's good practice to avoid getting water anywhere further forward than necessary since those areas aren't dried as well by the air. The BB-1000 model has an charcoal air filter which you might want if you have a sensitive nose, the air drier tend to stir up slight odors that would otherwise not be noticeable unless you stuck your head in the bowl, but I can't comment on how well it would work. ... show more
