It uses very little water, flushes well and the cleaning function is brilliant. I’m loving the warm water for my tushee and the heated seat on these cold mornings. I bought four of these toilets. Pros: - very powerful, throw away your plungers. - good bidet - nice heated seats - good lighting - good price for all these features (compare others at $3k or more) Cons: - loud (scares my cat), but in my opinion a fair trade off for the power. - one of my four toilets came with a Celsius display, company says it can’t be changed to Fahrenheit without replacing the entire toilet seat (which was described as “quite troublesome”); - one of the toilets is a little too quick to close the lids, occasionally before I’m done. - very limited experience, but I don’t think customer service over WhatsApp is the same as you would get with a bigger price tag toilet, I had trouble understanding the entire response I received on my issues. ... show more

We installed this toilet at our house about 10 months ago. We have absolutely loved it. It has worked great that isn’t until recently. We have encountered a problem where the actuator arm that lifts the toilet seat malfunctions, which has caused the connector on the seat to crack and break. I have been through all of the literature included with this product, and there is no contact information for the seller to discuss warranty issues or order replacement parts. When using the contact seller link on Amazon, the Bot tells me That Amazon handles the customer service for the seller. when I have chatted with Amazon customer service they have been unable Or unwilling to help me get in contact with the seller to discuss this issue. It is truly a shame to have a $500 toilet that is broken and we are unable to utilize some of the key features of the product. If You are the seller and are reading my review, please contact me. My review would be five stars had the product not self-destructed or if I were able to contact the manufacturer and resolve the issue. ... show more
