I don't know why I bother to buy other trash bag brands, because I always end up coming back to Glad forceflex. It's one of the few bags that perfectly fit my trash bin, which is a little on the smaller side. The scent is lovely, the price is good, they rarely break, and I'm never disappointed. I switched to these a few years ago from another brand, and I couldn't be happier with them. Two big rolls in the box, and they roll out one at a time just like I need. They take the pressure of "packing" the trash can and adding more trash from receptacles across the house. I typically go through about one a week, but sometimes more if I'm "purging" cluttered areas. The scent is not overpowering, and just enough to keep nasty stuff from seeping out. So. I LOVE this product. Even though it doesn't hold up to a lot of things being stuffed in it, and it getting full in the can, getting said bag out of the can without ripping is next to impossible. I have had to double bag quite a few of these because of the sheer fact that they really aren't that strong. HOWEVER, the scent is the best around. I've always liked the Glad FlexForce trash bags. They hold up well to whatever my family throws in them. We used to get the regular Gain scented ones, but they were not in stock, so I opted for the Moonlight Breeze scented ones. They are wonderful! They have a nice airy scent that doesn't overpower you every time you open the trash can, but at the same time helps keeps kitchen trash can odors down. I'll definitely buy these again! ... show more

These work really well! Instead of taking out the trash like I asked, my teenage boys will just shove the garbage down and pile all the empty energy drink cans, fast food wrappers, tissues (better not to ask) and other miscellaneous scrap from their bedrooms that they FINALLY cleaned on top of the mostly filled kitchen garbage. In what I can only assume to be a herculean task, they then push (or stomp) everything down, close the lid, and disappear. I arrive later to throw away my coffee grounds only to see the overfilled bin. Since the boys are nowhere to be found, I grab the drawstrings of the bag and pull. The bag refuses to lift out so I continue to bicep curl the drawstrings and the can lifts off the ground. The drawstrings stretch a bit but do not break. I place the can down and then clamp it with both feet and use both hand to curl the bag. It finally works free! I lift it out to see all kinds of strange sharp objects testing the strength of the bag but they don’t break through. I then stumble down the stairs with the overpacked garbage bag and deposit it in the waste can for pick up. Upon return to the kitchen I promptly put a new bag in knowing full well that if I don’t that my wonderful offspring will just throw whatever they have into the can and then later have no knowledge of who did it or it could have possibly happened. Luckily the calming scent of lavender and vanilla that wafts from the bag as I flap it about to open it and insert into the kitchen garbage can helps to quell my irritation.
