    • 13gal Handle-Tie bags fit garbage container MUCH BETTER than same-size 13gal Draw-String bags or Tall-Kitchen-Quick-Tie bags.

These 13 gallon Handle-Tie Trash Bags fit our plastic kitchen garbage container even though the same-sized 13gal Draw-String bags or 13gal Quick-Tie bags don't. But we can't find the Handle-Tie variety in stores anymore. They seem to have been replaced on the shelves by the Tall-Kitchen-Quick-Tie bags that don't pull over the top of the lip of our kitchen garbage container very well. Folding bags over the top is what keeps them from slipping down. I think it helps that the two handles provide tightness around the top of the container, whereas the Quick-Tie are four flaps that don't connect and therefore don't help tightness. Besides not being tight on top, the Quick-Tie bags also seem to be thinner and tear more easily. And the Draw-String bags don't reach the bottom of the container when you fold them over the top. We love these 13 gallon Handle-Tie bags. They are the perfect size, stay up well, fit the garbage container, good quality, and all we have to do is tie the handles together to close them up and toss them in the outside garbage. Our only complaint is that the delivery was dropped off on the porch of a house on another street. Fortunately the owner knew us and brought it over. But I'm not deducting a star, because the package was addressed correctly - it wasn't the seller's fault. The delivery person just seriously goofed (having a bad day?)!?!? Thank goodness for good neighbors - so it didn't end up being a problem and we didn't have the hassle of tracking the package. ... show more

Very nice bags that are now hard to find in store. The work better than more expensive options I've tried. However, Amazon need to improve packing. These aren't something that should be put with heavy items or in a shipping bag. Most would like the box to dispense as they're used.

I love these trash bags --I have been using them for many years. I have not been able to find them lately in the stores though so I ordered them online. These handles are much easier to use. The drawstring bags are always an issue when it comes to tying the bag shut for me. These ones fit over the trash can easily and can be removed much easier also. I ordered 4 of the 50 count boxes but ended up receiving 8 of the 26 count boxes which is okay because that is actually 8 bags more than I ordered! I highly recommend these bags.
