These are clear blue bags. I wish it was more apparent that they are blue. I wanted clear, not with a color. But this is a good value for the money. The bags are a bit thin, and flimsy, but I think you get your money's worth with these.

My apartment complex has a company that comes around and picks up my garbage and recycling from the front door. They require the recycling to be in a clear bag to be able to see what's inside.
