After relocating from Tokyo a few months ago, it has been painful to sit down on cold toilette seats and even colder porcelain bidets. Finally, we managed to fix that. The N22 has everything that's needed: excellent adjustability of the nozzles, sensical wash settings, excellent breadth of heat and water pressure settings, and even a dryer function. There are options form this brand with remote controlled functions. Based on our experience with different generations of Toyo washlettes, however those tend to fail after a few years and the replacement remote can be very expensive. The seat-attached panel of this seat works well and is easy to read and operate. Being the person who mostly has to fix things around the house, I especially like the very well done way how the seat attaches to the toilette. It seem solid and has been easy to install. Performs well so far and easy to install. Elongated size makes your elongated toilet smaller like a regular size. Maybe all brands are that way. Price was good and I would warn most folks away from air dryers, unless you want to circulate your "perfume" into the bathroom and out from under the door. I know some people like to do that. This does not have air dryer: you don't need to pay for one if you don't want one and that's a big plus. Most air dryers don't actually dry you that well, anyway. ... show more

I am having surgery soon and I thought this might help me recover faster and be more comfortable. I wanted to get it before surgery to test it out and get use to it. First off, it was super easy to put on, only a few steps and it fits great. It took me about 30 minutes to put it together and no leaks. I plugged it in and read how to use the remote and figured out all the bells and whistles. Everything is super easy to understand and it’s very user friendly. My first time trying it was great. I was a little nervous thinking it was going to be a jet stream but the low setting was gentle and the heated seat is fantastic! I used all the settings and it seems like this is going to be wonderful. The dryer was better than expected due to so many reviews saying it barely dries but I thought it did a decent job. I felt clean and fresh afterwards and thinking I am going to love this. The added bonus is how it lights up and the soft close lid. I am hoping this lasts a long time! ... show more

Worth every penny! I upgraded from a very basic, 1-knob manual style bidet attachment that just sprays a hard stream of cold water. On a whim I got the much more versatile and feature-laden Inus, and wow - I didn't realize what I was missing out on all these years. Love the heated seat, heated water, warm-air dryer, and all the various settings and adjustments that can be made. Very easy to install with a little plumbers tape and wrench - it comes with a standard adapter unlock some others. Makes using the potty a fun experience. The ONLY downside as some others have mentioned is the flow pressure could be stronger...like I said, I'm used to a very strong flow from the older bidet and this one does feel like it could be stronger, even on the highest setting. It still does a great job, and overall my backside has never felt cleaner, but if there's one thing that could be improved it would be the flow pressure for those situations where you really want to clean things out. Still, highly recommended and I would purchase from Inus again. ... show more

We installed this item w/o any problem. It was replacing a bidet already in place, so we knew what we were doing. It was installed, remote lit up, the power light came on, when you sit on the seat, you hear a little trickle of water come out of the nozzle, and use the remote and nothing happens. We tried everything possible and the bidet did not respond to the remote. We figure we got a lemon. We uninstalled it, had to put the old one back on and ship this one back. In the mean time we ordered a replacement, and decided to upgrade to the model with the dryer. That one was deader than this one. No power at all. We checked the outlet, and made sure the outlet was fine, and it was. The power light never came on, no water trickle, nothing, nada. So that one is going back and we are going to order from a different manufacturer. Inus is worthless as far as I am concerned. For a second time we had to uninstall the dang thing and put our old toilet seat back on the commode. What a pain in the ___ literally. ... show more
