I purchased this bidet after my plumber couldn't install a more expensive Kohler bidet purchased from Home Depot. I have a Kohler toilet so I figured the bidet would match, but no. Then I purchased this BIGCOW bidet. I was impressed with the easy to follow insructions, and installed it myself, saving me $$ in plumber or handyman costs. You just need an Allen's wrench and screwdriver, that's it. I tested it and it works beautifully. Once setting for the rear/tush, and you can adjust the stream strength. A second setting for the more frontal parts. In South America and Europe everyone has bidets. I bought a bidet apparatus for my master bathroom, but was dreaming of adding one to my guest bathroom. I'm very glad that they are now being sold in the US. It is essential for good hygiene, and yes it saves on paper/trees. I like that it's not electric so there is no need for fancy electrical wiring, and this also guarantees it will work even in the case of a power outage. overall very happy and will recommend to friends and family. Bought two! My family really likes them! The power of adjusting the pressure of them is great! Works back and front really well! Cleanliness is certain! Does not have temperature water control but it’s okay! It does the deed! Easy to use. Easy to install. It’s great to adjust the comfort of the height for our heights per commode! I’m sure it will be easy to remove but stays on strong! Not worried of it coming off easily! I recommend it! ... show more

I was a bit skeptical, especially considering its simplicity and the fact that it is non-electrical and non-heated. But the result exceeded my expectations. The attachment was easy to install, although the included instructions could be better. The design is quite clever and would fit to most toilet covers that are popular in the US. The jets are quite strong, easily regulated with the nob, and right on the spot. Not sure about the reliability/longevity, but for now can't be happier functionality-wise. ... show more

I ultimately returned this but I do think it's a great budget friendly bidet attachment. It was easy to install, did not interfere with the toilet seat (it really is a slim design) and it worked really well. The issues I had (and why I'm only giving it 4 stars) were perhaps personal to me but I'm sure others can relate. First, the control arm is close to the seat and if you are a larger person, your side or leg may hit the bidet controls. Now, I did consider this beforehand but I had used a similar model at a friend's house without issue. That bidet was installed on a smaller round toilet and mine was installed on an elongated model so that could make the difference. My leg did hit the controls on mine and I was able to switch it on with my leg so that was one issue I had. Second, my cats often jump from the tub to the toilet to the sink (and they sometimes drink out of the toilet) and I was concerned that they might step on the control knob and turn the bidet on- this would flood your house as the bidet has good pressure and shoots water out of the toilet. I know I could close the lid or close the bathroom door... but we all know this solution only works if we always remember to do that. The control knob functions as it should but it did seem a bit "easy" to turn so people with pets (or even kids I suppose) may want to consider this. It was also a bit tricky to feel the "click" of the knob turning into the off position and you have to get it in the center for "off" as it turns on in either direction (one direction for front wash and the other direction for rear wash) so you have to center it in the off position. If the control arm was a bit lower and the knob a bit more tight to turn it on/off, I probably would have kept it. ... show more

I did not realize how great it is to have a bidet, it works great and the water flow is perfect. It so easy to attach to the toilet and is very well made, so durable it’s the perfect size for my toilet and is so easy to clean. Just wipe it with a clean towel. Well first, this bidet attachment was purchased to replace a similar existing one which the nozzles stayed in down position (not retracting) within a year of use. BigCow is more sleek and has less switches to deal with than the previous one which has a rectangle box with 5 switches (one for "nozzles flush" and turn off) and one round dial to control water pressure. Before installation checked BigCow nozzles, they has a good spring back action. The installation is very straight forward and easy (is you have handyman skills and tools). The product was super easy to install. The alignment disks are some brilliant engineering that allowed the unit to fit the bowl perfectly. I found the pressure was a bit too strong with my input valve 100% open. It took a few minutes to get the right balance of good (not too strong) pressure and the toilet tank filling back up in a reasonable amount of time. Ultimately, I dialed the input valve back just over 1/2 turn from wide open. It's perfect. This unit has already paid for itself as we consume WAY LESS toilet paper, and it is a much more effective and hygienic way to keep clean. ... show more

I don't know why I waited so long to buy this product. It's cheap and easy to use. I installed it myself in about 20 minutes and I am no handyman. It doesn't have a temperature control so the water is always cold, but that's fine. The stream is steady and powerful so it does a good job. It makes me use a lot less toilet paper also which ends up saving me money in the end. (Haha. Pun intended) ... show more
