I bought this without any experience in knowing how keyless entry door is installed, nor what other products were on the market. I am more than pleased with the quality and the usability that this entry provides. The app is functional and there are no subscription fees which makes this cost effective. Was difficult to install even after watching YouTube & the provided installation video. Finally called and gentleman was very nice. He explained and sent pics to make it easier to install. Works great so far. It’s sturdy, looks nice, fingerprint sensor is very sensitive. Do mist times have to use 2-3 times before the door unlocks. ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised with this lockset. While I won't speak to its security -- any lock that doesn't come from a professional locksmith is for low security applications only IMO -- I was really impressed with the build quality. Very solid, easy to install, great range of options for unlocking. The fingerprint reader is a little finicky -- it reads my finger every time, but my wife has more trouble with it.     • Biggest piece of mind!
I’m a DV survivor along with I live in a town where people break in, even when you are home. This lock has given me so much piece of mind! I can see who has been in and when. I can lock from my Alexa or phone. Super easy to assemble and set up. This has been a life saver and piece of mind for me. I think EVERY door and house should have these. Definitely getting more as soon as I can. I can sleep better knowing when either someone has tried to come in, or has came in. I don’t get up every couple hours to check my locks anymore. The quality is AMAZING! It functions so well! My kids can have their own passcode, so I get notified when they use it. The fingerprint and card makes it fast to open if you are in a hurry and don’t want to put a code in. If someone is coming over I can turn their access on and off. So easy to use, even my toddlers and special needs toddler can figure it out FAST. I can’t speak words great enough to summarize how wonderful this product is! The batteries last FOREVER. You can see on your phone how much battery it has. This is all around a must have, especially for people with anxiety or that live in rough areas. Just for everyone. I would personally have these on all outside doors and bedroom doors. Along with that, my SD easily learned how to open it with the key or while it’s unlocked. If my Service Dog can figure it out, so can you. And yes, he has his own special key I hand him when I need him to open the door for me. 4 months in and I'm liking this thing. I use the finger print function. I gave my neighbor a code and I get notified when the door is opened with his code. I can remotely unlock when I need too via the Bluetooth Bridge. I've used the key fob just to test and not a problem there either, keys work just fine too. As with all fingerprint readers moisture, when present on your finger, must be dried before the reader will recognize your print. Keeps a great log of entry events. This would have been a 5 star review had the Bluetooth Bridge been included as it should have been in this WiFi age! The one short coming, in my opinion, is the fact that there is no way to assure a successful relock of the automatic relock feature via a success/fail notification, that feature is needed. A common door position contact at the end of the lock bolt would fix that issue. With that said, so far, I would recommend this lock! ... show more
