I got this treadmill since I wanted something smaller for my living room so I can watch tv while I use it. I didn't want to constantly close and store it when I use it daily and my big one was just too much to leave up all the time. It works just okay. It says it's rated for 300 lbs but I am a 210lb male and it can not handle me running at all, it starts skipping immediately. Even at a slight jog. So I stick to walking which is fine, however by mile 2 it starts to overheat and smells like burning electronics. If I keep it a mile or less and well lubed it's fine, but anything longer and it just can't handle it. On the positive side it was fairly cheap and it is pretty small. It was also easy to assemble. However, it looks like it's easy to fold and store but it's really not since you need the star wrench that comes with it to loosen the bolts to lower it down. A 2$ piece with a puller on it would have accomplished the same thing as a bolt but added so much ease to collapsing it. If you aren't a small woman, I would highly recommend you get a better built treadmill, especially if you want to run. UPDATE: the company reached out to me and offered to replace my treadmill since it wasn't working as intended. The customer service was excellent. Polite and extremely helpful. The support and service was so good I am changing this to a 5 star review even though I did experience some issues with it, because they will make it right and that's more than you can expect from most companies these days. Would absolutely buy from them again. UPDATE: the company sent me a new treadmill and it works perfectly. There are no more skips, I can run on it or do long walks with no issues. Top notch customer service and the new machine works great. Turns out I just got a faulty one, and it was replaced free of charge with no hassle what-so-ever. Great company. ... show more

Hi! I researched for 2 years on treadmills under $350 that could sustain 300 pounds. I purchased this treadmill in June and it quickly arrived on June 25th. I’m 5’2 and weighed 269 pounds (down 11 pounds so far!). ^The machine holds my weight very well. ^The instructions aren’t great but just use your brain and it’s easy to figure out. ^I’m a single female and live alone and was able to put it together no problem! It’s not that heavy and has wheels! ^I live in a 555 sq foot apartment and it fits great! ^You can adjust the speed by holding the + and - signs. ^There’s space for a book/phone/iPad and water bottle. Cons: *There isn’t an incline adjustment. *It is loud for a few seconds when you plug it in. Otherwise, it’s pretty quiet for a machine. *My wifi isn’t compatible with the app but I’m okay with that. I just want to walk. :-) *The belt or machine has been making a slight squeak sound the last week or two. I walk with my AirPods in so I don’t mind. All in all, a very good treadmill so far! This treadmill is extremely important to me because it's helping me lose body weight weekly. I purchased the SSPHPPLIE Foldable Treadmill four months ago because I loved the design and said weight capacity. It was important for me to find a treadmill that could handle up to 300 pounds without struggle. I wanted extended handles to hold on to rather than the many that have a bar across. Something to rest my tablet on... Cup holder is a nice plus too. Lastly, I wanted a treadmill that would precisely report my stats such as calories burned, miles walked/ran and timer. This treadmill came with all these features and so much more. I am 5'5 and this is the perfect size for me with room to spare. I can set this baby up in my living room (where it barely takes up any room) and if I have company, fold it right up and slide under the bed or table. The Smart band showing my heart rate and pair with the App is super easy to use and I love using its features that keep me motivated. I have been using the SSPHPPLIE Foldable Treadmill now for 4 months and I can say for certain that my money spent was well worth it! I wish I could've purchased it while it was on this amazing sale going on for 299 but even still, I am very pleased with my purchase. I love this treadmill. It took 30 minutes to put together. It works like the real expensive kind it has Bluetooth and it works. However, after a week, the arms on the treadmill started getting loose. I think that it was handled by the company itself. They made me jump through hoops, sending pictures videos. I finally had to give it up and write into Amazon I would say the product is four stars and their customer service is. 2. I was very disappointed by the way that they were double teaming me on an email and on the Amazon message very uncomfortable. Thanks to Amazon though everything is OK. ... show more
