The media could not be loaded. I got this lock because I felt fingerprint would be safer and easier/more convenient than keys/keypad/fobs. It works very well, it was super super easy to install (like, in 5 minutes without even needing to read instructions) and I like both it's function and its design more than my last smart lock. So far (just a few days in) I've not had any problems. I feel a bit geeky to admit, I really enjoy using it as it is just so amazing to me to enter my house using my fingerprint. I also appreciate that it has an auto-locking feature, so if anyone forgets to lock the door (which happens all too often here) it will lock itself after a given length of time. I'm also glad I never again have to worry about making sure a neighbor has a key when I'm out of town. My only complaint so far which isn't much of an issue: I'd suggest they change the software to scan your fingerprint more than 4 times when you first set it up just so that you can really get all the parts of that fingertip scanned. Since it only does 4 scans, it doesn't get all parts of my thumbprint, so when I come home I have to make sure to place the same part of my thumb tip on the scanner each time and never part of some other side of my thumb when I use the lock. Not a big inconvenience, and actually I found a simple way around it: just add another fingerprint in the app, but scan another part of the same finger instead of a different finger. These locks are very sleek and modern and were exactly what I was looking for. You don’t need a monthly subscription to be able to access lock controls. All locks are under 1 app where you can link all your settings together. Having the option for a code or fingerprint was great and you can set up temporary access codes when needed. It's a piece of crap that is now a brick for us. Dropped nearly $200 on this and cannot get it to work at all with the WiFi. Tried calling customer service and no one answers. Got a returned call at 11pm at night when I wasn't at the location I installed the lock. Each time I called, no person to help you. The media could not be loaded. I bought this a week ago and was very easy to install, , I downloaded the TT lock app, and was very easy to program, as well as the fingerprint, pin, and Ekeys. At first it was weird getting used to. I added my brother and mom to the app so they can also have admin access. The only thing is that when I try to connect it to the Alexa, it won’t work. I don’t know if I have to get the gateway to be able to connect it with the Alexa.. I have been noticing that the fingerprints sometimes don’t register. Also, we put new batteries in and on the first day it would say that it had 0% of battery and then later 75% of battery and then 100% of battery so I was kind of disappointed in that we put new batteries in ,same thing happened but we had our keys and was about to return this item but decided to give it a few weeks. So far it’s OK. The reason I gave it four stars was because of the battery issue and the technical issues with fingerprints and pin. Sorry to make this so long but I thought I’d give it a review since it is something that you’re buying to keep you safe!!.. will update in a few weeks ... show more

Purchased a few month back. I like that you can either input the admin codes, fingerprint or swipe your keycard. We had some maintainer workers at the house, gave them a temporary code that expired instead of having to give out code. I would recommend.

Installation for this took less than 10 minutes. I was replacing an old lock so there was no drilling or cutting required. Everything fit into the preexisting cutouts. I’m glad the company gave us a choice of which app to use along with the lock. I was already using the TTLock app for my office's smart lock, so choosing to use the same app for this lock vs the nutomo branded app was a no-brainer. Since I was already familiar with the app, setting up all the passcodes, fingerprints, and ic cards took no time at all. I also ordered some extra ic cards from a different site since the ones available on amazon are very limited with boring designs and around 2-6 times the price. The lock has been working great so far. We’ve had a few rain and snow days but there have been no issues. The only slight hiccup I’ve had with the lock was that the bolt was not retracting all the way after two days, but it still retracted enough to where the door opened without any problems. I could’ve left it alone, but it bothered me so I took it apart and lubed up the bolt mechanism and it’s been buttery smooth every since. With so many different ways to open the lock, it's been so convenient and I haven't had to worry about forgetting my keys or forgetting to lock the door when I leave the house. ... show more
