The deadbolt fingerprint door lock came nicely packaged and fit in my door well. It was easy to install and configure to the Tuya app. It came with 2 keys and 2 card readers; you can configure up to 100 fingerprints for your family, friends, and guests. All of the hardware needed to install the lock was included. I already had an account with Tuya App so installing this was simple. it configured to my current gateway. The one quirkiness was when adding other members, as nothing seemed to be configurable for "other members" (like passwords, fingerprints, etc.) what I discovered is once you enter the other members, you need to promote them to become a "family member" (my other lock didn't have this configuration in the Tuya app) ** Note: This does not give them the admin rights what it does provide them is the ability to utilize the different functionalities of the lock. Once promoted to the family member by the admin, then the admin is able to configure the member with enabling or disabling to the following features: 1) Fingerprint Management 2) Password Management 3) Card Management 4) Unlocking with a mobile phone 5) Dynamic Password Management 6) Set Validity Period (Permanent or Time Date Range) 7) Within the profile it provides a number count of the unlocking methods for the users the lock also has an Electronic Anti-Lock feature, if activated the 1st 3 Admins can unlock normally, but regular users cannot unlock the door and will be prompted with "The door is locked". What a terrific setup. Works perfectly. I was able to input all the information that I needed to make it work because the instructions were clear and simple and easy to follow. And that is such a bonus if you know what I mean. Pass key card works perfectly. The pen code works perfectly. The fingerprint works perfectly. I'm really glad I got it ... show more
