  • Works Fine
Style: 5 IN 1
I have had it for a year to use for my business and had no issues. Once adjusted to the correct temperature for whatever fabrics I’m using it makes my designs come out great. I have no use for the hat, plate or cup accessories.

  • It is important to know what third party company we are buying from
I purchased this heat press machine in good faith that it would work properly. When it arrived the box was damaged. However machine had no damage to it. Because my mom took sick I never got to use the machine until 5 months after purchase; I plugged machine in, it came on but did not heat up. S market felt I could tell them what part needed to be replaced. I have asked for a replacement, to no avail. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company; for they do not stand behind their product. They have refused to replace the product. Buy from anyone but this company. ... show more

  • Cheap crap***update
Style: 5 IN 1
I thought it would be a good starter heat press, but I was wrong. I really tired to give it a chance but it seems to just keep disappointing me even more. First right out of the box, the power cord is so loose it shorts out all the time. Next the bottom pad (red) has left stains on my shirts. I have used the hat press and when changing plates it left grease every where. I didn't notice it until I started pressing the hat and it was all over them. The hat press absoluty sucks. The heat is not evenly distributed so only half the decal is transfered. You keep having to move the hat to the one place it gets hot. Also i had to increase the heat 100 degrees above the recommended temp just to get it hot. All while ruining my hat with grease. I bought it because the versatility but really there is no need for all the other attachments because permanent vinyl and water transfers are much more durable. You need to have the space for this compared to a clam shell. I really wouldn't recommend this especially if you were wanting to get a hat press also. ***used for a few months, no longer works, everytime I use it for sublimation which takes a higher heat the control box gets hot and my power switch goes out. I have went through about 10 switches. It seems like the wires are getting to hot due to the control box sitting right above the heat plate, or there is a shortage in the wire. The customer services is very poor and no help at all. They don't have a warranty or return policy. ... show more

  • Works only Temporarily
I bought this press in Feb. 2021, but didn't open the box until mid March (that part was on me, I should of checked). Anyhow, once put to use I noticed the clamping is not right, and the left corner leaves everything lighter than the rest when sublimating, and now these past 2 days it keeps turning off on me, while working. The rest button is literally just there for decoration, it doesn't do anything and is loose, but even when unplugging and then plugging it doesn't turn on. It literally turns back on when it wants to after like 15 minutes, then I have to wait for it to reheat. When working, even though not great it works fine and is usable, but buy at ur own risk of u only need it temporarily. I'm so dissapointed because I was using it to make some income for my wedding smh ... show more

  • Heats fast, but a possible safety hazard
(thumbs up this review if helpful) WHAT I LIKE & WHAT COULD BE IMPROVED: - I like the 15x15 size - highly recommend the size. - You can set the temperature reading and it's the same for each operation. - The timer does not work. I purchased a timer from the dollar store. - It is easy to operate. - The directions are not clear as to which direction to turn the pressure dial, but out of the box the pressure seems adequate. - My favorite feature is also the most dangerous feature. .... the sliding tray is great because you can bring the design closer to you while working on it. However, during setup, I realized there is no stop on the sliding tray. So I inadvertently pulled the tray too far out causing it to disconnect from its slider. The problem is it affects the counterbalance of the press and the entire press toppled over. Thankfully I noticed this during the out-of-the-box setup so when I grabbed the press to prevent it from crashing down to the floor without burning the F*#K out of myself. I have created guides on my table with tape to give me an idea on how far to pull out the tray without risking it falling out, but when it's loaded with a shirt, it's hard to see my guides. This does slow me down when doing a large volume order. The heat press works well with this primary exception. ... show more

  • It's not great
I bought this unsure of what a "good" heat press was because it was the first press I've bought. But after having it a little over a month and using it quite a bit, I can tell there are a few things that should be better with this press. 1. The sliding tray doesn't have a stop. And this almost caused a catastrophe. Don't slide the tray out when the machine is on. It will try to tip over. 2. The 15x15 area that this machine states it has is a little overstated. It's actually got about 7"x7" of area that's actually heated enough to do the job. The closer you get to the edges, the cooler it gets and it won't be hot enough to transfer inks properly or adhere HTV properly. 3. The cords for the extra attachments could be a little longer. I've only used the mug press, but I've attached all of the extra attachments and the cords are just barely long enough to get them out of the way of the main press. A couple more inches of cord wouldn't cost that much, I'm sure. 4. The control box is attached in a very sketchy way. It just slides on to this piece attached to the frame but doesn't fit tightly enough to be secure and doesn't have a thumb screw to tighten it down. Kind of shoddy construction. Other than those things, it does alright. If you keep your items small enough to fit in the 6x6 platen, you shouldn't have any problems. But, I would recommend adding a little more money and getting a better press. This thing gets seriously hot and shoddy construction doesn't bode well for that kind of risk. ... show more
