I purchased this heat press machine in good faith that it would work properly. When it arrived the box was damaged. However machine had no damage to it. Because my mom took sick I never got to use the machine until 5 months after purchase; I plugged machine in, it came on but did not heat up. S market felt I could tell them what part needed to be replaced. I have asked for a replacement, to no avail. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company; for they do not stand behind their product. They have refused to replace the product. Buy from anyone but this company. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Only use this press a few times it clicks constantly not sure exactly why every single thing except for the plastic parts on it gets extremely hot. You will burn yourself. It falls over when you turn it sideways. It needs to be mounted to a table so if you don’t have something to mount it to, I do not suggest purchasing it. I bought this press in Feb. 2021, but didn't open the box until mid March (that part was on me, I should of checked). Anyhow, once put to use I noticed the clamping is not right, and the left corner leaves everything lighter than the rest when sublimating, and now these past 2 days it keeps turning off on me, while working. The rest button is literally just there for decoration, it doesn't do anything and is loose, but even when unplugging and then plugging it doesn't turn on. It literally turns back on when it wants to after like 15 minutes, then I have to wait for it to reheat. When working, even though not great it works fine and is usable, but buy at ur own risk of u only need it temporarily. I'm so dissapointed because I was using it to make some income for my wedding smh ... show more

(thumbs up this review if helpful) WHAT I LIKE & WHAT COULD BE IMPROVED: - I like the 15x15 size - highly recommend the size. - You can set the temperature reading and it's the same for each operation. - The timer does not work. I purchased a timer from the dollar store. - It is easy to operate. - The directions are not clear as to which direction to turn the pressure dial, but out of the box the pressure seems adequate. - My favorite feature is also the most dangerous feature. .... the sliding tray is great because you can bring the design closer to you while working on it. However, during setup, I realized there is no stop on the sliding tray. So I inadvertently pulled the tray too far out causing it to disconnect from its slider. The problem is it affects the counterbalance of the press and the entire press toppled over. Thankfully I noticed this during the out-of-the-box setup so when I grabbed the press to prevent it from crashing down to the floor without burning the F*#K out of myself. I have created guides on my table with tape to give me an idea on how far to pull out the tray without risking it falling out, but when it's loaded with a shirt, it's hard to see my guides. I was so excited to finally break down and purchase a new press. I had a swing-away years ago, and I have a clam shell now that has a cold spot, so I decided to add a swing away to my working collection of presses. Setup was fairly easy and all attachments were included. It heats up in a decent amount of time and the pressure is good. HOWEVER, the timer on it doesn’t count down when I’m pressing, so I’m stuck either having to count in my head or pulling out my phone to use a timer so that I’m pressing my screens and DTFs appropriately. It’s a huge pain. If this was something that was just a couple dollars I’d look past it, but since it was several hundred dollars, I’m very discouraged and am assuming I probably won’t get many years of use from it. I’ll use it for the time being because I’d already tossed the box it came in unfortunately, but I would never recommend to anyone and I would not buy this again. ... show more

This press is fairly light. It was easy to assemble, and to operate. Changing the attachments is very easy. The instructions aren't great, bit it's not hard to figure out. My press broke after the first 2 uses, and I was pretty upset, but the company responded quickly to me, and sent a replacement part to me very quickly. They were very helpful, even when I was cranky. Best of all, they listened to my description of the problem, and didn't waste my time asking questions I'd already answered in my initial description of the issue. This is pretty rare in tech support. My only regret is that I didn't buy the one with more attachments! ... show more

I bought this machine in July of 2020 and have only used it a total of 8 times because most of my jobs are small items so I used my Cricut machines, but now this machine only heats on 1 side and haven't had it for a year yet. I've messaged the company and they have not responded. Very disappointed!
