I originally ordered the pink heat press. At first it was working then it seemed to have issues. I reached out to customer service to figure out maybe it was something I was doing wrong. I email right away from Cindy who was more than helpful and told me not to worry about it and sent me out a brand new heat press. This customer service was top tier. Thank you Cindy for being so helpful and understanding. Other than the issue I had the way the heat press worked was amazing, temp seemed to be right on point, sturdy and super easy to use. This is a pretty great machine for the price. All the accessories are wonderful. The only thing I would change is making the mug press to accommodate a tumbler too. The movable back and forth bottom is very convenient. It heats up fast and is consistent on the entire surface. It presses evenly. First off lemme say product support was great. That’s the only good thing I have to say about this. First one would give an E1 error then would lose as much as 30 degrees. I was sent a new press and the error was gone but still lost about 25-40 degrees. A new control box was sent. This time it lost up to 60 degrees and when you try to set it it would flash all zeroes.
