This is a pretty great machine for the price. All the accessories are wonderful. The only thing I would change is making the mug press to accommodate a tumbler too. This is my first time plugging it in and using it. I must have gotten a defective one because after 40 minutes, it would not heat. The temperature on the screen says it was heating up but it wasn't hot at all. Then I got en E1 error. I'm devastated. Did I get a dud or what?

    • Mug press doesn't heat edges well

The 11 oz mug attachment does not heat the top and bottom of the mug well, nor the edges near the mug handle. There is always ghosting and I have to use a heat gun to get the edges of the image to sublimate. I set the temperature to 385° and when I put a mug in it drops to around 323°, gradually increasing during the 180 seconds, but not getting back to the 385°. The clamshell press is hotter than what I set the temp to. I've had to reduce it so as not to burn my fabric. I have not tried the hat press or the plate press. If you don't have a heat gun to finish sublimating your mugs, you'll be really disappointed in the outcome. ... show more
