I originally ordered the pink heat press. At first it was working then it seemed to have issues. I reached out to customer service to figure out maybe it was something I was doing wrong. I email right away from Cindy who was more than helpful and told me not to worry about it and sent me out a brand new heat press. This customer service was top tier. Thank you Cindy for being so helpful and understanding. Other than the issue I had the way the heat press worked was amazing, temp seemed to be right on point, sturdy and super easy to use. This is a pretty great machine for the price. All the accessories are wonderful. The only thing I would change is making the mug press to accommodate a tumbler too. Had to wait for my package to arrive delayed still don't know the reason because I have Prime...anyway. Everything was in the box that definitely was dropped but I haven't find any scratch or malfunction. The only thing is that the display was not glued to the machine and I put it in place, but still it falls. So every time I'm going to use the machine I have to set it in place. But overall, it works fine. I hope nothing goes wrong later on. Must add that the driver was so kind and helpful carrying the box(it was very heavy) inside the house front door, I didn't asked him to, but I'm very grateful because I'm recovering from hand surgery and I wouldn't be able to get that box inside.
