The machine itself works great. Instructions are a little confusing and I am still not sure how a couple pieces work but I am new to all of this. Its a good price especially for beginners.

    • Does not heat evenly
I purchased this back in February. It worked great for a little bit but now it doesn’t heat evenly. My vinyl doesn’t stick in all places and my sublimation comes out faded in parts. Don’t waste your money on this item!

    • Check box asap damaged press.
I ordered this press in June. When it arrived I checked it and found the tumbler press was damaged and the shirt press had a huge dent. I contacted the seller who offered a replacement part. Back and forth with the seller only to find they couldn't replace the part. They offered me a "brand new" press after I said I wanted to return it. The new press came. The first thing that was strange was the return authorization slip on the inside of the box. I inspected all the parts and nothing appeared to be damaged. Then I checked the actual machine. When it was plugged in, nothing happens. No lights, no heating up, just the on off switch illuminated. I figured I could use the machine works from the first one and the mug press from the second. It does work nicely but now I have a lot of waste to dispose of. It was obviously a returned press which probably didn't work. The seller was helpful at first but the final message when I explained that the second machine didn't work was for me to send videos etc. I wasn't going to start with that again. Bottom line, check the packaging and working of the press if you purchase. If you decided to return it, they have to send you a label so will require working with the seller. Also don't count on it being "brand new". If I were to do it again, I would probably spend the extra money to get a different one. ... show more

I have only gotten to use a few times since I just received this week the only issue I had when received was a small issue with the mug press. However, I did contact the seller and they contacted me back within 24 hours. They resolved the issue very quickly I would recommend. Shipment the item actually came in a few days early as well. All of the mug presses came damage. Looked pre used. None had the plastic film to remove all had scratches and dents and 2 of them the inner heating element was detached from the metal press. The plate presses had lots of scratches on them as well after I removed the plastic film. The mug insert hits the bottom of the black press. Also it's very top heavy. When you swing the press out to the side the machine will tip over if you do not have it screwed down to a custom table. And the bottom slide completely out and will fall to the floor if your not careful. Waiting to hear from seller and will update if I get a response. ... show more
