I just got it this week but so far so good I like it, its very easy to use and it's not so big but just a friendly reminder when its new it heats up more than usual for example I make a shirt and the instructions said 392° for 60 seconds I put it at 390° for 50 seconds, but I did not leave it for the full 50 because it smell like burn and it actually did burn it soooo now I put it at 290° for 45 seconds and sometimes I take it out sooner. Nice press for a small crafter... I use it for personalizing my business logo on shirts and hats. Also use it for cups. Easy to use and the timer is nice. Read directions to figure out heat and timer setting.
