I've recently immersed my self in yoga classes which have helped me strengthen and find calm. So I really didn't want to give up my yoga practice but my knee was killing me. So many poses start on your knees and due to my Osgood Schlatter I have a point underneath my knee cap(I call my little buddy) that makes some poses unbearable even with added cushion. I place this between the kneecap and the bone protrusion caused by the OS. I've started wearing this with more activities as well and the pain is my knee has lessoned immensely. This band was super helpful for my 11 year old daughter suffering from Ogden’s Slaughter. After a few weeks the Velcro wasn’t driving well. We realized her leg was so skinny she barely was catching any of the Velcro connection. I was able to see a small amount of additional Velcro onto one side and it helped a lot.
