But this brace provided the perfect stability and comfort for my broken heel. The compression sock helped during the acute stage of the fracture. I got this when I had a sprained ankle. I wanted it for both support and compression. It took a while to get used to wrapping it around your ankle/foot so that it was not too tight. After I figured that out, it worked great.

I have a frayed ankle tendon that benefits from extra support. Unlike the bulky lace up supports, this is adjustable and also allows me to wear most of my shoes. They’re washable which means I can switch them out every day. So far I have purchased 10 in light blue and white.

I loved how the compression sleeve is snug on the ankle. The stretchable straps gives it additional stability. It does not move around at all while pickleball , weightlifting and basketball. I disliked that I didn’t buy another one for the other ankle.
