These do the job. I haven't tried the higher one, but the two lower ones give calves and upper legs a good strength exercise. When I removed them from the box I accidently broke off a small piece. Its made of some kind of foam, it seems. Makes me wonder if in time, or sooner it might start falling apart with use. I hope not. ... show more

    • Versatile piece of equipment
I got this product to try out instead of buying a one piece slant board. I like this because it offers versatility in that you can spread out the individual blocks to accommodate how far apart you want to set your feet. They are light and easy to carry in your gym bag. The three pieces it comes with allows you to change different slant angles, which is a plus also. Being that they are hard density foam, they do tend to be a tad slippery when using it with bare feet. With shoes or socks, it’s no problem. One can remedy this by adding some skateboard tape for some extra traction. If you’re wondering about how much weight it can take, I weigh 215 lbs and the high density foam does not feel like they are sinking in. If you’re new to the slant board game, I highly recommend this piece of equipment. It’s affordable compared to a one piece slant board and it’s very sturdy and light weight. As mentioned above, the only negative I have is the slight slipperiness of it when used with bare feet but that can be fixed with some skateboard tape or just put your shoes on. ... show more

    • More Durable Than I Thought It Would Be
I was worried about its styrofoam construction, but it is very dense and durable. Also, it's very lightweight so you can move it around without having to struggle.

Used something like this in physical therapy so I was happy to find this product on Amazon. I do stretching exercises every day. This is well-made and lightweight but sturdy enough for my exercise.

Good size and yes, sturdy so that it doesn’t squish with my weight. However, the foam is slick so that it can slide around and the pieces fit together, but not well. There are grooves to fit the pieces together and build it up but come apart too easily for my liking. I use it up against a wall so I have kept them. But would not buy again. ... show more
