  • Great Saw Very Portable
Style: Worm Dirve Table Saw
It's on the higher price range for portable job site table saws, but this one is worm drive with tons of torque and a nice mobile stand that easily folds up. You can buy a cheaper saw, but this one seems to be a very good option for those who don't want to be replacing their tools often. This one is built to work and built to last. The assembly of the mobile base was a bit of a pain, but it can be done easier with help. The table saw itself was accurate right out of the box. No adjustments were required but there are easy adjustments options there if needed. The rack and pinion fence is smooth and easily adjusted. The miter gauge is the typical plastic with a metal runner that is of the T-style slot in the table. ... show more

  • If I could give this 10 stars I would.
Style: Worm Dirve Table Saw
My old saw was also a 10" table saw, although portable had small wheels and was a little rickety. This new Skilsaw was very easy to assemble and use. The worm gear gives it a lot of power ( my old saw would stall out rip cutting 2x4's on an angle and this new saw just keeps powering through performing the same cut.) I also love how fast it folds up and the large wheels make it easy to move. I easily took this up stairs when I was working on a bedroom remodel. I used to dread getting out the old saw to make 1 or 2 cuts; however, with this saw it's very easy and saves a lot of time. That's why I wish I could give it more stars than five. Update: As of July 2024, I still rate this at 10+ stars. I’ve moved this saw from my garage to the basement then upstairs in a bedroom and back to the garage. Most recently wheeled it back to the rear porch many times. I can wheel this to any location and start cutting within minutes. I have close to 10 hours total run time, cut Trex, PVC trim, plywood, ripped 2x4s lengthwise at 45 degrees for crown backers and the original blade is still as sharp as ever. I used to dread getting my old saw setup and would try to find any excuse not to use it. But this saw is fantastic with plenty of power. ... show more

  • This table saw is very well designed
Style: Worm Dirve Table Saw
The main reason I bought this saw was for the adjustability. You can adjust everything on this saw and fine tune it. The fence did come out of the box far from square but it was quick and easy to adjust it. This saw also has a very strong motor. It cut through red oak like it was nothing. The assembly was also super basic. I had the saw assembled in twenty minutes. I would highly recommend this saw. ... show more

  • excellent for the price
Style: Worm Dirve Table Saw
The power on the saw is really excellent, along with all the other features. My only problem is with the cheap miter gauge, and the really bad blade that come with the saw. My first test was with a heavy piece of 7/4 maple, which started bending the saw blade in a scary way. i checked the fence for parallel, and used a feather to make sure i wasn’t pushing it incorrectly. i then tried a 3/4 oak board which also made the blade start bending. so being fairly sure the stock blade was the problem, i replaced it with a WEN 40t blade, and had no issue cutting straight, beautiful lines through both the 3/4 and 7/4 hardwoods. the motor is really powerful for the price, but the stock blade it comes with is worthless. ... show more

  • 10” Skilsaw & wheeled stand
Style: Worm Dirve Table Saw
Plenty of power to cut through wet 4x4’s (and in a single pass unlike many other 10” table saws that can’t quite make a 3 1/2” cut). Easy to assemble with clear instructions and diagrams. No confusion on which particular bolt(s) to use in each step of the assembly. Fence and blade were true. Large wheels made rolling down fifteen garden steps doable (wouldn’t have even tried with smaller diameter wheels, as stair depth and riser heights vary from step to step). Blade bevel adjustment is made via a twist compression handle mounted behind the height adjustment hand wheel, as opposed to a separate side mounted hand wheel - which id much prefer both for setting bevel and, potentially, longevity. Stand folds and unfolds well. Feet adjustments help in leveling. Very stable in folded position. Competitively priced. I would buy again. ... show more

  • Excellent saw.
Style: Worm Dirve Table Saw
I didn’t know how bad my old saw was until I used this one for the first time. Stored, sets up and moves easily. Cuts smooth, clean ,and accurate.
