I purchase the scooter for my grandson. He loved it for 30 days. On the 31st day the scooter would NO LONGER move into a speed above low (It has 3 speeds). The 30 days was outside the return period to Amazon and when we reached out to the manufacturer, we were told since there is no record of purchase with them they can't do anything but if we had purchased directly from them they would have given us a one year warranty on the product. We bought 2 about 1 month ago. My kids (10 and 12) use them to go to school half a mile away. It's a great transportation option for young teens who crave independence but can't drive yet. It's not too expensive, but it has rear suspension. My kids are very cautious and don't do tricks or jumps on them. Even so, my daughter still fell because she wasn't used to accelerating and keeping her balance. Then one screw fell out and couldn't find it. I emailed the buyer and they were very responsive and compassionate and sent us a new pack of screws. They told me that the scooter has 3 speed modes and it is recommended that beginners use L (Low) mode first to get used to it before using high speed. Stoped working after two days. Asked for replacement and they shipped it to the wrong address. 3 weeks later still waiting on resolution. They asked me to be patient that sometimes they Mixup The tracking numbers. Still no replacement for my son’s birthday present. All of he’s friends are enjoying their scooters and riding around the neighborhood and he just has to watch. Very disappointed. ... show more

Very good bang for your buck and both my boys love the scooter. It can reach 19 mph which is where it tops out. We always take it for camping on weekends. It has 3 speeds to adjust, and you can switch speed modes by double-clicking the power button. I didn't notice it at first. It is an entry so expect feeling bumps. However, this one has pneumatic tire on the front wheel and has rear shock absorbers. There is some bump reduction. ... show more
