This is a great product and it has been very useful for several months. A few weeks ago it stopped working, so I contacted the manufacturer who has since sent a replacement part. That didn't fix the problem so now they are sending a new unit. What more could you ask for.

Day 4, used it 5 times going less then 3 miles each time at 18mph and went to leave work last night, nothing. Wouldn't work. Battery should be 100% and it's as if the engine blew or battery is faulty. Getting absolutely nothing. Very mad! I already waited 2 weeks for delivery and now what?... 2 weeks for them to recieve it back and send new one, a month total? Wait 2 weeks for them to get this piece of crap to get my money back to find another one somewhere else and that delivery time?!! So annoyed!! Update- decided to give them a chance to send a replacement part, was able to use it a few times then screws started falling out and we noticed missing. At this point still waiting refund!! This electric scooter was well-packaged, and it arrived in excellent condition. It weighs approximately 36 pounds and has a solid construction. Assembly took about 10 minutes and was very straightforward. After fully charging it, I took it for the first ride. It was a lot of fun! I got all the major features of this scooter, but some key features got me really excited: Very fast - up to 19 miles per hour. I love the display screen; it shows speed, battery level, lights, Bluetooth, and other functions, which is very useful. The 10-inch inflatable tires provide a comfortable ride. Cruise control is handy; you don't have to keep holding the throttle all the time. Both front and rear lights are useful. The underglow lights are also beneficial, especially when riding at night; the scooter feels safe. So far, I haven't found any flaws. Highly recommended! ... show more

    • Very fast and easy to use
I like how fast it is, in fast mode mine goes all the way up to 19mph, trust me which is very fast. The build quality off the scooter is fantastic, like i rode it on road all the way too the precinct also the chincoteague National wildlife refuge. Put the scooter in the trunk of the car when you going out, and then take it out to gallop on the open road. What a wonderful journey! Plus the tires are so solid which I love they grip the pavements and roads no problem I don’t even have too worry about them going flat or getting punches because they will not.     • Battery Issues
I gifted this scooter to my son on Jan 1, 2024 as of July 23, 2024 the scooter is dead. I believe the battery pack just stopped functioning- the scooter was at 3 bars of battery then my son turned it off and then it never would turn back on. Also when I opened the panel to view the interior there were plastic parts broken, presumably the connectors that held the battery in place as it was sliding around and the wires were severed connecting the battery to the power button.     • Customer Service is Amazing!!
This has been a wonderful experience for my 12 year old grandson overall... but it was so sad when the scooter quit working. I reached out to customer service for help and though it did take a few tries in email response to get the correct support team. The customer service was AWESOME!!!! I give them a 5 star rating along with the 5 stars for the scooter. Thank you, Customer Service! They made all the difference. ... show more

    • Will not move/ new parts arrived
So I got 2 of these scooters for my kids for Christmas 2023. It finally warmed up in KY so they could ride them. They worked great for about 3-4 months and now they will not run. They are fully charged and will turn on, but when you push them to get started they just sit there. I have tried contacting the seller and get no response. It is out of the 180day window for Amazon to help. I even got the extended warranty and I am told that I have to contact the seller since the manufacture warranty is still valid. The phone numbers that you get on the SISIGAD website is for someone named Nicholas, not the company. I will update this if I ever get a reply from the company. As of right now DO NOT BUY Edit: I was finally able to get the parts to fix the scooters. They are working great now and the kids are happy. ... show more
