I like how fast it is, in fast mode mine goes all the way up to 19mph, trust me which is very fast. The build quality off the scooter is fantastic, like i rode it on road all the way too the precinct also the chincoteague National wildlife refuge. Put the scooter in the trunk of the car when you going out, and then take it out to gallop on the open road. What a wonderful journey! I am so disappointed. Ordered this scooter for my college-aged daughter and was excited to provide her with a quick mode of transportation to get around campus and to places not too far away from campus. She got it was very excited. She used it the first time and loved it. Wasn't 100% sure about the power, but was so excited she said it was going to be great. The next few rides seemed less powerful as the top speed was only aound eleven to thirteen mph. If pushed, sometimes it would get up to 15 or 16 mph. But this speed would quickly diminish, even on a flat smooth surface. She recharged it even though it didn't seem to be low on battery and tried it again with the same outcome. We all were really hoping that maybe it was just a glitch and it would get better but after a couple of weeks we have finally decided we have to let it go and try find a replacement. Again, it is very disappointing as I searched and searched and searched trying to find the best thing for the price that I could and thought I had it. I did see others had said similar things about the power but we had thought perhaps people were just too picky because there were other reviews that seemed positive. Anyway, hoping for better luck next time and wanting to encourage buyers to beware. ... show more

This electric scooter was well-packaged, and it arrived in excellent condition. It weighs approximately 36 pounds and has a solid construction. Assembly took about 10 minutes and was very straightforward. After fully charging it, I took it for the first ride. It was a lot of fun! I got all the major features of this scooter, but some key features got me really excited: Very fast - up to 19 miles per hour. I love the display screen; it shows speed, battery level, lights, Bluetooth, and other functions, which is very useful. The 10-inch inflatable tires provide a comfortable ride. Cruise control is handy; you don't have to keep holding the throttle all the time. Both front and rear lights are useful. The underglow lights are also beneficial, especially when riding at night; the scooter feels safe. So far, I haven't found any flaws. Highly recommended! ... show more

I ordered two of these for my kids in Christmas of 2023. They were a blast until July 2024 when one of them simply stopped turning on. The battery is fully charged, but no power. I emailed and called the customer service number and it goes to a personal voicemail for a guy named Nicholas - that's not normal. Instead of a callback, I received a series of text messages (also not normal). Both Amazon and Nicholas said the window to return the scooter had passed (30 day window) and are using each other to blow me off. These scooters do not come with any kind of warranty and once the window has passed, you're screwed. Buy a scooter from a local place that offers a reasonable warranty. DO NOT BUY THIS. ... show more

Great scooter, handle bars are a little higher than others which makes it easier to drive in comfort. The scooter is so stable and smooth. You can easily balance on it. Great customer service too.

So I got 2 of these scooters for my kids for Christmas 2023. It finally warmed up in KY so they could ride them. They worked great for about 3-4 months and now they will not run. They are fully charged and will turn on, but when you push them to get started they just sit there. I have tried contacting the seller and get no response. It is out of the 180day window for Amazon to help. I even got the extended warranty and I am told that I have to contact the seller since the manufacture warranty is still valid. The phone numbers that you get on the SISIGAD website is for someone named Nicholas, not the company. I will update this if I ever get a reply from the company. As of right now DO NOT BUY Edit: I was finally able to get the parts to fix the scooters. They are working great now and the kids are happy. ... show more
