Less than 6 months and the scooter stopped charging. No one picks up at they support number. My son barely uses it and it stops charging! The worst thing is I am trying to get support to trouble shoot and no on picks up at their number!

Range is the only thing I’d have to complain on. It’s more like 15 mile range in the battery charge. Not 19 like it says. Always pack your charging cord on long trips. Good quality construction. Great value and good product!!!
