The pic represents maybe an hour after unpacking. The product fits perfect on a single bed and did stretch out. I found the 2” pad worked and relieved 90% of my back aches found from sleeping on a hard mattress. I am pleased by the quality and price point.

you sink right into it, very comfortable and changed my ability to sleep through the night. reasonably priced for a great product - there is a smell once you unravel it but goes away after a few hours (which is required for it to fully fluff up after shipping anyways) . all in all 10/10

For the price, this is a decent topper. A few things to note though: the photos are not representative of the thickness. I'm guessing that the 2" topper pics are actually of the thicker toppers. Visually, you will expect something different than what you get. The other thing: this is compressed, which is expected. But even after 24 hours, the edges of the topper were still nearly flat. I wasn't bothered because I am using this for a sofa sleeper, and I had to trim the edges anyhow. But if this is typical of other ones, then be warned. Otherwise, the few people who have used the sofa bed (my kids, their friends for sleepovers) say it's comfortable. It's easy to store, too. ... show more

This mattress topper added so much comfort, it is amazing!! The topper does not slip or slide, and as a matter of fact, it actually keeps my sheets from slipping. I am now sleeping well, with no tossing or turning. It's so comfortable!!!! I hope it lasts a very long time.

Update: Customer Service reached out to us after seeing the negative review. They were extremely apologetic and send a new mattress immediately. We did not get a chance to inbox it until last week. The mattress was in perfect condition and we placed it on our queen size bed immediately. After 3 days of use, it is both comfortable and in good condition. Thank you Customer Support! Purchased the queen sized mattress topper in April and did not open the box and place it on the bed until 15 May. The bed with mattress topper and down mattress protection cover was used less than 30 days total. Took the mattress protection cover off to wash and found that the mattress topper had split in two places. I realise that it was outside the return dates but contacted Amazon because a mattress cover should not deteriorate at that rate. Was told by Amazon that I had no recourse because it was outside of the return time. They told me to contact the seller via the sellers website. There is no place on the sellers website to contact them! Called Amazon back and when I asked if they had a number to call the seller, they put me on hold and then 10 minutes later disconnected the call. First there should be some way to contact the seller if things are sold on Amazon. Second Amazon needs better customer service. I would not recommend purchasing this mattress topper. ... show more

I received the mattress cover later than promised. It did have a slight smell which dissipated.It is comfortable. I ordered a California King. It has an inch on each side of the mattress that isn’t covered by the topper ( a larger size is not available) and it already has a small hole in it. It provides the comfort promised by the ad however the quality of the foam, in my opinion, could be better for the money spent. It does measure 3 inches thick but it’s cheap foam. ... show more

I admit I was concerned after opening that it would not be long enough for the bed or fully puff up at ends but after 36-48 hours it was perfect. It was long enough and wide enough and all the smashed parts at the ends in particular filled it. It was a concern because it was really flat on the ends and didn’t puff right away. A few times I kind of folded/wiggled it on the smashed parts, I don’t know if it helped but it didn’t hurt. After ordering it but before receiving I saw one in the store kind of like it at Big Lots but it was more foam and thought I bought a foam product but this for sure has gel in it. Once putting it on the actual mattress I was happy the fitted sheets still fit good. Maybe even better than before. At first I was going to use it bumpy side up but then decided flat up would be more comfortable and works great. You don’t feel the mattress/springs under it at hips and gives a little more comfort at shoulders, a particular concern. It also wasn’t dried out like I saw someone post and had me double think this one but I am very happy. For the $32 I paid it is similar to the ones I saw for about $45-$60 dollar range. ... show more
