I hurt my knee and a lot of knee braces are not that comfortable for long periods of time. I decided to go with the tried and true ace bandage, but unfortunately, they don't make them like they used to. This one was thin and very stretchy, not very supportive. They are now made of a very cheap completely synthetic material so they aren't that comfortable any more either and the clips don't hold very well. Was pretty disappointed overall.
